Especially since most magpies, like crows and ravens, would get somewhere to wait and watch for their flock... they likely watched them help the rest out instead of hurting them. Which they will then teach other flocks, flock members that weren't there, and children.... so yes, the birds definitely would know they were helping, and definitely will be nice to that human.

FYI kids never wear gloves when handling liquid nitrogen, perfectly safe to get a splash of it on your hands however if it gets on your glove it'll freeze and damage to your hand

12:42 when a tree is falling like that, it makes more sense to speed up and attempt to beat it than to stop and even if the trunk missed you take the collateral damage if it rolls or twists and all the foliage from above the main trunk hits you. If you speed up and beat it, you're almost guaranteed not to receive damage in a straight down fall like that one.

It's probably easier to tear the top off of a pop can if the can is still pressurized. Still need finger tips of steel, though (and I laughed when Jeannie tried it).
Actually I have the same thought. Cause logically if the can is under pressure, if you can break the seal, the release of pressure will force more of the top to loosen.
Could just be poorly made cans, the beer I drink I can't do that.
Depends also on the type of crimping tooling used.
It’s actually probably harder to do it to a can that’s pressurized because there’s more resistance to break the seal. Once the seal is broken it’s smooth sailing it’s breaking the seal that’s the hard part.

4:16 it would actually be more dangerous to wear gloves considering there is liquid nitrogen. Thanks to the leidenfrost effect a barrier of steam that acts as insulation appears when liquid nitrogen comes in contact with our skin and it will roll right off; if he was wearing a glove and it splashed all over the glove, the liquid nitrogen will freeze the glove and everything inside it, including his hand
That much nitrogen can't freeze a glove in that span of time though

For the Beer can trick, you can do that because the aluminum in the cans are actually super soft, the thing that holds the can together is mostly a plastic liner bag thing that is in the can to prevent the acid in the drink from eating through the can and to prevent the corroded parts of the can's shell from leaching into the drink.

Animals have no real concept of tracks, so they don't understand that you can just change direction, however, the tracks are usually the easiest place for them to run. Common problem in northern cuntries that moose run along the cleared track in winter instead of into the snowbanks, and therefor get run over by trains.

Just a note on the Falling Tree, Often it can be safer to floor it and get past than try to stop. Inertia of the car will slide you into it. Start by defining "pass". It appears that the Tik Tok:ers define a ass fat enough to stop the bar as passing the test. Given those criteria I would fucking ace that test. Meanwhile almost all the Olympic athletes would be failing it, and those girls has some of the best asses around. So it seems there is a problem with this test as it premiers fat over muscles.

In the case of liquid nitrogen it's better to not wear gloves, liquid nitrogen will turn to gas before touching your skin so as long as it's a splash your safe (don't put your hand in liquid nitrogen cause your hand will cool of and then liquid nitrogen will touch you directly), if you wear gloves or long sleeves liquid nitrogen will get in the fibers which will keep it in direct contact with you

That firefighter was so lucky! Someone on the ground should have had a firehose ready to spray that area until they got him a hose and he was in the clear. When a fire has really hot air coming out of a certain room like that, it only takes a couple of minutes for everything in that room to get so hot that everything in it ignites at once. It's called a flashover.

This isn't something that can be done with soda cans usually. Most beer cans have their tops rolled then crimped, making it easier to do and less likely to slice you open.

This is because if you poor liquid nitrogen on your bare skin, it just falls off without freezing your skin due to the Leidenfrost effect. If you were wearing gloves that aren’t specifically made for handling liquid nitrogen and happened to spill liquid nitrogen on the gloves, the liquid nitrogen will soak into and quickly freeze the gloves as well as your hand, likely resulting in frostbite.

so just a little info for people regarding hydroplaning in cars when you begin to turn while hydroplaning turn INTO the turn the car is making, so if you're going right cut the wheel right, if you're going left cut the wheel left, even with rear wheel drive vehicles your goal is to keep the vehicle pointed generally forwards, the minute you are backwards or sideways it's near impossible to recover from whatever comes next, this also can occur in snowy weather though usually its due to ice and not the snow itself, in these instances get the vehicle back under control and slow down, use gradual deceleration to keep yourself under control while slowing down to stop or to stay in a speed band where you can control the vehicle without risk of more issues
