At about 10:12 you can see the round as it exits the suppressor so I'm guessing you had a round with a lot less powder behind it so it didn't cycle the bolt and that's why there was a malfunction
When you showcase a suppressor, Try shooting a mag at soft targets or the grounds that dont make a loud metallic clank so we can hear the effect.
Often they do, maybe they forgot. You just have to listen for when Eric misses =p

+theledsignstore you do know, that a suppressor with 165 grain hush ammo is supposed to kill the noise of a traditional bullet right? the only sound you hear, and I even heard it over the tinking of the metal targets, is a pff pff pff, it's not supposed to be a bang bang noise. and you can hear it when he hits the dirt.

you have to get the trigger spring upgrade kit from HB Idustries. brings your trigger weight down to about 5.5 lbs. 8 bucks.
Steve_MP5 bought that and the right side safety delete the day I bought my scorpion
I replaced the trigger spring and swapped the factory saftey levers for the forward facing safety levers.. no more hand bite, great trigger, make a graate gun evn better. Now to sbr
Pops Smith depending on how big your hands are id get the extended charging handle. Makes a big difference

A M L Nawh you’re not lol, the charging handle doesn’t lock back in that position on last round. You can only do that if you lock it back there yourself. There’s a bolt release on the side of the gun.

Have you had any issues ? I am thinking to buy the Evo 3 Plus carbine but I heard that there are some out of battery discharges
@@markboulanger1113 I have since stopped shooting it. It does have a potential to OOB detonations if you use a binary trigger. Don’t use one and you should be fine.

I grabbed a carbine version with the Faux Suppressor. Love this gun! Made a few modifications to it and working on getting it setup for serious use.
I would like to see you fire some rounds into nothing with the SubSonic rounds. That way we can hear just the action of then gun to see how quiet it really is. When you hit those loud metal targets all i can hear is the Ping.

A suppressed gun means your lawyer has to explain to a jury that it is perfectly legal for you to own. That complicates your defense. A complicated defense is not a sure pathway to freedom.

Eric, the night shoot was quite musical! Nice video and I’ll be taking a much closer look at it now as I’ve over looked it because I just didn’t think it was as capable as you’ve shown it to be. But I’m more interested in a pistol version than the SBR.... thanks again Eric!

I'm not sure where you live but if you are in the States why would you want that? No advantages over 9x19 and 9mm luger is for more plentiful.

I've been looking at this gun on and off and I think I'm getting close to getting it and SBRing it also. Looks like a great light weight gun to carry in your vehicle for backup

Making me hate living in The People's Republic of New Jersey even more. I contacted CZ to see if they would offer a compliant model of their upcoming carbine and they replied no. I could probably have my local shop pin the stock, muzzle device and mags to 15 rounds but at this point I will likely just wait until I go over the wall. Two years and 3 months until I'm retirement eligible and will be moving to America... Provided (politically speaking) there is an America to move to by then.

Can't buy the pistol in NJ. There are weight restrictions placed on semiautomatic weapons that feed from a magazine not located in the grip. It would have to be under 50 oz. The only option is for a FFL to permanently attach a barrel shroud to make the barrel length 16" and attach a non-folding/collapsible stock. The FFL would have to stamp the receiver with their info as a manufacturer. We can't be trusted with nice things here behind the wall. No SBRs/SBSs/Suppressors/ collapsible or folding stocks, flash hiders, magazines greater than 15 rounds, arm braces, M1 Carbines (yea crazy right)... just a few more years or a lottery win away!
A lot of Manufacturers are not selling to some states in an effort to get the people to get off their butts to get the laws changed. This is why you have seen the mass exodus from the banned states by gun companies and even accessory companies.

Then why are they selling them like hotcakes to the American public? They are fantastic sporting carbines, and they're cheap to shoot.
Firearms don't have to be tactically and militaristically practical to have a "purpose". Sporting and collection is a huge market, and CZ seems to have cornered that with this gun.
The fact remains that we don't need a reason to own ANY arm, it's our God-given RIGHT. You won't find anyone more pro 2nd than me, that was a tactical assessment but I think I had a few beers and made it a short post

Just recently changed out the trigger, charging handle and grip of mine and using the Manticore mags and it is still going strong
I love this channel but would like if y'all would do some more down to earth stuff. SBR's, Suppressors, and other "Tacticool" stuff is a bit out of a schmo like me to afford or are interested in.
I have been waiting on them to change the channel to Iraq veteran nfa.. they are getting away from the roots that made the channel great. sad to see that they are becoming another military arms channel.
+ky gun runner away from our roots like doing hour long gunsmithing videos and how tos? We've gotten back to a lot of that stuff recently. The reason we've been covering so much NFA stuff is because it's really hot this year because of 41F. We have a ton of neat projects on the way that everyone is going to love
They do whole episodes on mil surp bolt actions, reloading, and even cleaning old Martini Henry rifles. I think the channel is pretty diverse. Besides, NFA stuff is great!

I spoke to CZ a few weeks ago about the 922R kit, they are backordered by about 14,000 and they are mainly dedicating the kits, as they are produced, to the carbine version before they will be readily available for the rest of us.
I pre ordered 10 stock kits from K-var and sold everyone of them for a 150% mark up and everyone of them sold fast. LUL

+BurnThePope on a side note I tried to offer people here on CZcams a change to buy it at MSRP cost but "they" had no interest in it until it was too late and all the stocks were sold all while crying over the fact there MP5 clone builds could not provide all the features that the CZ does and its 1/4 the cost...
