I assume having shoes on making you feel more naked is because we usually put on shoes as the last step, and normally you've gotten dressed before putting them on. So i think subconciously not having clothes on once you put on the shoes you become more aware of missing those previous before shoes steps

I did nude modeling once, because i used to do nude photography and it kinda felt unjust that only women were getting naked for art... I stopped doing nude photography altogehter cause it's meaningless tbh. Nothing of value is created, just stroked egos and average drawings
