Captain of the Blood Angels during the Horus Heresy, Amit would serve his Primarch Sanguinius as an advisor and deadly warrior.
Influencing an entire generation and successor chapter of the Blood Angels: the Flesh Tearers, Amit would leave a blood-strewn path for only the most brutal and savage Astartes to follow...

Guy wanted to debate the Emperor at Nicea. Now that’s a straight shooter.
He may have been a savage, but he was as straight and true as it could get. Nassir is the kind of a guy I would want on my side against the enemies of humanity, not to win glories or honors, but to utterly and completely annihilate the enemy. The true heir of the Revenant Legion, Nassir Amit, the Flesh Tearer, the Savage and the Honest one.
...And yet his honesty is what makes him ultimately the lost one. Knowing he is doomed along with his brothers and ill fated chapter, fully cognizant of their inevitable, slow, bitter decent into gore soaked madness and honorless death.
You wouldn’t want him at your side if he was hungry…. Just saying. The early revenant legion rendered down their own serfs for sustenance when necessary.

The "They crave justice" part makes this dude a real one despite being a flesh tearer✊

A real one, and the only Space Marine in the Hersey era Blood Angles who actually had no fear considering he had the balls to question the Emperor out loud in front of the Emperor's son.

One of my favorite moments in lore is his serrated combat knife and when his helmet was found.
Nassir is a beast and I hope to see more of him during the Scouring
Innumerable details in lore that are incredible but the black rage and the angels tearing chaos a new arse on Terra is my favourite moment in all of 40k and the death company is my favourite unit. Outstanding narration mate.

Most of the unanswered questions regarding Captain Amit were addressed in the recent “Echoes of Eternity” Which did a fantastic job fleshing out his character… Pun intended 🤣 def my fav “siege of terra” book so far

I was playing the original space marine game and in multiplayer there is a legion called the Marauders. I was wondering if you heard of them? Their armor is yellow and their symbol is a black sword backed by a red flame. They are supposedly a mantis warrior successor chapter, who originally came from white scars, but the only info I can find is on the wiki. There are no CZcams videos about this legion to my knowledge.

Ironically Amit detested Guilliman and resented the sundering of the legions into chapters.
I liked this guy. He was the only one to have the stones to face his father and tell him the truth about Horus' possible fall from grace. Cheers.

6:15: This is precisely why I so deeply HATE Sanguinius, and ALWAYS WILL. Amit is no good guy, but he is a teller of the TRUTH. The Truth can hurt, and Sanguinius was too much of a spineless coward to take that pain.
Didn’t Dorn react the same exact way when a space marine tried to tell him about Horus? They take someone slandering their brother very seriously.
@@ellis7622 I recall Dorn not being open to it, but don't recall him trying to kill one of his own gene sons. I don't like Dorn, either, but that's neither here, nor there. If they were so up in arms about slander, then many of them would've been good off to not practice it, themselves. I'll bet Roboute Guilliman wouldn't try to kill one of his own sons. I'll bet Vulkan wouldn't try killing his own son. I'll be Magnus, prior to being forced into the arms of Tzeentch wouldn't have tried killing his own sons. I don't even see FULGRIM doing that.
