Hey! Well, I'm not sure if tabs excist for violin and I don't read music, but I'll try to explain. So, I play over the D the A and E string, with the first part being played on the D and the A string. The fingering is a ordinary minor scale with a low second finger. When I change to the high part I play some double stop with the high D (On the A string) together with an open E string. Hope you'll be able to figure out yourself, otherwise check the internet ;) Good luck!
