The PCS-4 is a heavy duty folding stand with your choice of shop quality clamps. Perfect for heavier duty home use or portable shop use, the PCS-4 features a rock solid, four-point leg system that folds together for storage, steel powder coated tubing, and a composite horizontal tube.
PCS-4 Features:
• Equipped with either the 100-5C Adjustable Linkage Clamp or 100-5D Micro-Adjust Clamp
• Clamp rotates 360º and is adjustable in height up to 67" (170cm)
• The clamp jaws are nominally 2.75 inches (7cm) wide
• Adjusts quickly from 55" to 72"
• Base forms a 26½" x 28" square (67 cm x 71 cm)
• Weight: 25 lbs. (11.3 kg)
NOTE: The maximum weight holding capacity of the PCS-4 is 100 lbs. (45 kg). This assumes the weight is centered over the legs.

Friends are missing a video of how to assemble a PCS-4
For 400.00 it should have alum clamps not plastic clamping system.
The large rotating head on top is plastic and the clamp that locks the raising tube is plastic.
Is the PCS 4-1 and 4-2 the same stand, just with a different clamp? Or do the stands themselves differ somehow?
These are the same stands just different clamps.
@@parktool The company I work for offers a "Park Tool PCS-4 Deluxe repair stand" to assemblers. which clamp does that model come with?
able to hold 100 lbs "When centered over the legs." I need to hold a 75 lb motorized bike. But I need to know will I have clearance for the pedals? I can't seem to find an answer to this anywhere.
Why not show a heavy bike in your videos actually being held and spinning the pedals? One private video mentioned the stand tends to bend when a heavy bike is on it, but never showed it.
The pedals will clear that stand. The stand is steel, and strong, but certainly a bit of flex is going to happen with such a heavy load. The PRS-3.2 shop stand will not do this, but that is a shop grade stand.
I ordered the 10 stand off ebay. And if need be, I could get ceiling storage hooks and take some of the weight with those. Should be good. I hope.
I bought this model a couple of days ago, but at the time of placing a bike less than 14 kg and removing a tire, the arm usually turns to where there is a little more weight, how do I solve this? Thank you.
