I was in the middle of finishing my floors when the PamDrive started to seize and wouldn't finish putting the screw in. It stops about an 1/8th of an inch before the floor. I've readjusted the depth and screw size but it doesn't matter the spring wont push down to finish
Can I use another screwdriver,like makita fs4000?
Unfortunately, no. The PAMFast Autofeed System is sold as one complete system, which includes the driver.
What kind of screws can we use? Can we use dura drive?
Because (QuickDrive) is a garbage, jams all the times and the bits stays in the screw all the time, falls out of the extension...
Where can we get the collated screws, what kind of head to drive the screws, price and availability?

I can buy it on Kijiji but wanted some info before I make a commitment. I have used the Quick drive and like it very much. But I dislike that I must always buy their screws. So I am looking for alternatives.
