I've noticed na mas nag enhance ang Voice at yong accent ni Miss Rea. Dati na akong nanonood sa channel na to so na notice ko pano siya magsalita.

Rae Ninja - need your advice. I scored 60% on QA last fortnight. The pass rate is 85%. How long will a company tolerate an employee with a low score? Should I start looking for a new job? Recently, I've been asked if I want to leave work early in the middle of my shift. I volunteered to leave early because I didn't want to waste the company money when the day is quiet and there are too many people. Is it normal for a company to send someone home early or is this a sign that Im about to loose my job? Have you been in this situation before?

It is normal to ask employees to leave early when there's no queue. It's called voluntary time off. It's not a sign you're losing your job.
Usually there are monthly or quarterly evaluations done by your supervisor. In my experience, there's a performance improvement plan to help you succeed. They cannot just fire you unless it's client directive (happens when you are in a BPO company). If you are new, you are given 5 months before your appraisal and that will determine if you will continue or not

Ms. Rea i need your advice, I had a 2 months experience (training and one night in production ) in call center last year, but i left the job because of personal reason (my kids) and it was awol. I didnt try to get the certification from the company because they have the rules that once you leave the job you have to pay the training fee that worth of 30thou. My question is if im going to apply again in call center should i be honest to tell that i have the experience in cc even if its awol or i should not tell because it would be bad record to my resume? Thanks and Merry Christmas
