    Very real Lewis, hope you get things sorted soon. I always think "is this going to reaaaaally matter in a year from now" and if the answer is no, then don't let it give you too much stress. It affects the body massively, I remember 2/3 months ago I was stressed AF and couldn't keep up with anyone at all on the club ride, don't under-estimate it.

    You have a lonngg career in front of you brother so don't overthink it. I'm sure you'll look back in a few years and laugh at how serious you took the situation. Changes happen for the best. Good luck brother!

    Hey Lewis, I’m also in team gb for Portugal for the standard distance duathlon, life throws up curveballs often, by doing the hard things in life like Ironman distances it prepares you for when life throws you hard decisions. In my experience making tough decisions often are the most satisfying. Hopefully it all plays out well and you get to go to Coimbra in June.
