The Pec Chef presents an amazing healthy meal that you can make in 2 minutes and its so good that even people who normally hate healthy food like it! Not only is it fast to make but you can make it with what you have in the refrigerator right now. I hate those "simple" recipies that start by sending you on a 5 hour scavenger hunt at your local grocery store. Here are the macros for this meal:
protein 44% carbs 32% fat 24%

I love the part when Scooby just stares into the camera at 1:23 and says,
"Don't Spare!"
So mystifying...
This has been my first-meal-of-the-day of choice for 5 years now. Great stuff!!
"If it tastes good, spit it out!"
Glad you folks are making and liking Scash!!!
Yes, Milo is very relaxed! When rescue dogs finally get adopted they really seem to know and appreciate it. The real mysteries to us are 1) How did a wonderful dog like this end up at the pound and 2) Why was he at the pound for two whole months before being adopted? From day one he has been a perfect and polite companion. I shudder to think what happens to lesser dogs :(
Scooby, I live in Japan and have a horrible work schedule. Your workouts and advice have allowed me to stay in shape and have a good physique! Thank you for all of your awesome help, when you ask nothing! Just know there are people like me who are VERY thankful! Cheers from Shizuoka
"Everything you need is right there" *points to dog*
love how the dog never moves lol
You're an amazing motivation to me. thank you for your positive and honest health motivation!
Happy New Year everybody!
DAYUM! I'm sold.
Thank you so much for sharing this quick meal. I just tried it and it is amazing!
I've been eating 8 to 12 whole eggs every single day for years never had a problem
Mijail Suarez Maybe you want to get your blood checked.
This is shit that slowly adds up and comes to bite you in the ass hard at a later age.
8-12 god damn why would you want that many eggs lmao
I have been eating Scash every day since I watched this, thanks for the recipe!
Knowledgeable. Passionate. Badass. I’ve been watching this dude for years. He’s like a great friend I’ve never met. Thanks man for doing this. I will probably do a channel because of you. Original and funny and so smart!!!!
Hey Scooby I started using your training methods since the beginning of 2011 at that time I weighed a massive185kg and had a BMI of about 51 since following your training methods I am able to live and love life in a healthy capacity.
I now weigh 110 kg and still losing and I am almost the same size I was at High School back in the early 90's and am getting back into shape :)
Have a prosperous new year and God Bless
Really love this recipe, use it all the time when I want a break from meat. Ignore the haters Scooby you're doing a great job!
six eggyolks a day for the last 10years. My HDL and LDL are pristine.
Dont eat so much meat, esp BBQ meat.
Thanks for the info on meals. I hope to see more videos of these next year to get new ideas and more choices of what to eat. Have a great holiday season scoob and thanks again for the wonderful information.
You are the man and I appreciate all this wonderful info u share thanks!!!
Scooby the best
Why not treat your dog to an egg yoke every once in a while?
Scooby probably collects all of his egg yolks in a jar and then, once a week, goes out and dumps them on cars going through fast-food drive-thru's to punish them for their unhealthy choices.
thank you for your service scooby. you are helping a lot of people with your videos. thank you.
Hey Scooby! Gosh been a sub for like 7-8 years maybe longer and I just turned 30 around Christmas. I remembered your old recipes like the mixed vegetables and pasta sauce from your easy meals video for students or people on the go, and wanted to re-watch your videos for diet motivation once again. I'm actually in solid shape at 5'10" and 155lbs but I want to just be healthy as possible and your videos are so enjoyable to watch. I actually love making eggs with Cauliflower too. I would like to transition to less animal products and the way you incorporate veggies amazes me. I still will eat meat - just a lot more veggies
Next time I make this I will save the cabbage hearts and try them the way you suggest!!!!!!
When you poured all that organic no-salt seasoning, I cringed...
that looks horrible
+ArtOutsider What would you prefer, food that looks horrible or a physique that looks horrible?
Das Eine muss das Andere nicht ausschließen. I do sports (e.g. soccer) and cook my own (good-looking) meals. I do not measure each drop of oil because that is nonsense. Remember. You do videos for regular everyday normal people and not some 6% body-fat guys. Food is something people love and need. You reach them easier by providing them tasty AND healthy food.
+ArtOutsider Wir leben nicht um zu essen. Es gibt das Essen, damit wir überleben.
Scooby sagt´s schon richtig. Das muss man einfach tun, wenn man so aussehen möchte.
Leckeres Essen ist eigentlich Luxus und Luxus ist nicht für jeden Tag.
+scooby1961 Because good food and good physique are mutually exclusive?
The world is not black and white, ffs.
Not to mention the fact that "good physique" is very subjective. Personally, I think people with single digit %BF levels look grotesque, I wouldn't dream of saying they have a good physique.

it tastes amazing with conocut oil and a mild curry sauce instead.
Had to come back and tell you I've been eating this almost every day for 2 weeks, I love it. thank you! and I'd like to see more easy recipes :) keep up the hard work and thank you for the encouragement
@JimBlack thank you SO MUCH! i have been wondering which season i should by for a very long time! you're awesome!!!
Love the videos, Scooby! Great workout advice and meal ideas :)
Love the videos Scooby! Helped me out a lot man, I really appreciate it.
Thank you so much scooby, never stop making vids!
I made this last night for dinner, and loved it so much I made it again for breakfast and am eating it now. I couldn't find organic seasoning at the store though. I used regular Ms. Dash instead. It still tasted great. Thanks Scooby!
I like how relaxed he seems.
love how when he isnt looking when the dog eats it...like hes sneaking a treat!
thanks so much scooby!
Happy New Year scooby..Keep up the good work..and attitude!! Greetings from Greece!!
duuuuuuuuude I love this guy :} everytime I wanna eat healthy, work out and smile I just got to watch you. Thanks so much for everything!
I made this for my dinner this evening. It was delicious and surprisingly filling. Thanks for the tip scooby.
How long did it take? It seems that frying frozen vegies would take longer than 2 minutes.
with a medium to high heat it takes about 3 or 4 minutes before I add the eggs. frozen peas and corn heat up pretty fast (about 2 minutes) but I find the baby carrots need a bit longer or else they're still cold in the middle
You know I love all your videos and everything you stand for Scooby, and now I have to take a stand on something. It's the correct use of "healthy" and "healthful." The word "healthful" means "contributing to the state of good health," whereas "healthy" means "enjoying the state of good health." Hence: "Eating healthful foods can help make a person healthy." 'Nuff said. I love the hell out of you.
my favorite channel Scooby. your videos have changed my life and apperance.
I have a lot of respect for you Scooby, you give free help to anyone who is willing to just pay attention. It is also interesting that you are an engineer who works so hard on nutrition and fitness, which is quite funny because i am aspired to complete an Electrical Engineering degree whilst lately i have become very devoted to fitness and nutrition. It is good to see that trying to handle the workload of an engineer as well as keep fit isnt a struggle i will go through alone. haha.
Thank you so much for that information!
Looks really good, Just ran into your videos and enjoy them very much. Filled with great information for a newbie like myself.
@mkingy1 just make your own. No - salt seasonings usually contain a lot of garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper. You can also add cayenne, ( if you like it spicy). TRY IT (this is what I do, and I add a little salt anyway)
i just love how your dog just sits on that chair throughout the whole video!
Thanks,Scooby! Tried the recipe this morning and tastes great! Okay, I cheated a little and added some "low" sodium soy sauce but not very much. Will certainly cook it again!
@skasev ditto, anyone find something that can be used in place of this? will any seasoning without salt do?
@TopShelfShit I am from Sweden and cannot find anything seeming like no-salt seasoning either. Anything else that you could use to spice it up combining any spices scooby? :)
What did you use for an organic no salt seasoning? What was the brand? I'm looking for it myself but I can't find it.
@NotAnotherRandom I have never watched "Epic Meal Time" so not sure what it is :(
Thanks! I was really struggling with getting my daily fruit and veg, adding this to the menu will surely help :)
can you tell me what protein powder is for what light weight mid weight heavy weight or can you make a video thanks
That apron. XD XD
Love Scooby!
If eat alot, i calculated as am active and got a sort of fast metabolism i need around 4,000 kcal to 4100 kcal a day myby 3800 kcal when am not so active. Should i increase the ingredients mentioned or just make more of them and have more meals?
Surprisingly delicious!!!!Added Mr Dash organic no salt seasoning.
Thanks alot for the recipe Scoob! I just made this now and it tastes great.
What is your take on canned veggies? I Don't have a big freezer and it is usually pretty full of chicken, salmon and frozen fruit so I started buying canned corn, spinach, etc.
he is so awesome , so full of life.
is it bad to put salt and ground pepper instead of Kirkland Signature Organic No-Salt Seasoning? I was not able to find it in my local store but I can always buy it online
@nickmanning4prez I have the same problem haha I tried tesco, asda, morrisons yet I have not yet seen any of these and maaaan this meal really tastes horrible (prolly due to wrong set of spices?) does anyone know any other spices that would make this meal more enjoyable?
Excellent video.
I know that feel bro. I watch Scooby's vids for 20 minutes then do a workout, excellent motivation!
Fantastic!!!
Hi,I have a question about oatmeal, but Im gonna ask here because nobody commented on Nutrition video for a long time....
How can you make oatmeal in under 20min?I mixed some oats and water and microwaved it but the oats stayed completely uneatable(hard).
Thanks
what seasoning are you using? i would like to try it out...
I Love your kitchen!
hi scobby, I have right hand wrist injury, and it may take months for me to recover. Can you help me? I cannot do upper body exercises becasue of the wrist injury. Any idea how I can keep my muscles? thank you
What about frozen fruits? I like to eat blueberries and grapes because they have alot of antioxidants. However, I hate to buy them every week. Can I freeze blueberries and grapes and for how long? And will they lose their nutrients? Please reply.
Thank you for unraveling the common misconception regarding fresh vs frozen vegetables.
Most people don't know that and this is really very valuable information you provide here.
You had fun making this video which was nice to see! Thanks for the recipe! :)
Great recipe. I did mine with frozen brocolli, frozen spinach, frozen mixed peppers, half a small can of salmon, and a couple of eggs. Absolutely delicious! Scooby you're the greatest!
@Scooby is Rockin' that Christmas apron!!!
Scooby changed my life. I love this guy!!!!
SCOOBY! Help me, What is the name of the Organic no-salt seasoning in dutch/the netherlands??
So you think that instead of olive oil you can use coconut oil as well?
on your "Free Fat Loss Calorie Calculator" do you think cardio (around 70% of my max heart rate) count as strenuous exercise?
Thanks Scooby! I'll try it out. What would you recommend for the best no-salt seasoning?
Just tried this out. Only used 3 eggs though, and left the yolks in. Didn't have any generic no salt seasoning so had a hunt round the kitchen and used what i found, so put in a lot of paprika, bit of cumin, bit of coriander, some random mixed herbs and a load of black pepper and hoped for the best... Turned out pretty good I think! Gave it a bit of a spicy kick. Really useful, definitely gonna have it again when I want something quick!
great stuff scooby thanks
Does the doggy work out too!? hahahahaha
Scooby is the most helpful & generous guy on youtube. There should be an award for him
Hi, I'm not very good on the cholesterol subject...but from what your saying saturated fat is its cause? and eating pure cholesterol is fine, like I have 4 whole eggs every morning.... whats that going to do? Many thanks
@mesquitabee I gave my last ones out, I did have scoobysworkshop t-shirts
Just made it, tastes FABULOUS.
Wasn't expecting that at all.
lol at the safety note! Scooby your the man and always an inspiration.
This looks delicious! Thanks!
Nice and easy recipe. Thanks Scooby.
Is that seasoning only at costco? Ours Costco isn't open yet

What should I set the burner on? Medium?
entertaining as ever scoob. love the chanel.

Check the ingredient label
