The Pec Chef presents an amazing healthy meal that you can make in 2 minutes and its so good that even people who normally hate healthy food like it! Not only is it fast to make but you can make it with what you have in the refrigerator right now. I hate those "simple" recipies that start by sending you on a 5 hour scavenger hunt at your local grocery store. Here are the macros for this meal:
    protein 44% carbs 32% fat 24%

    So mystifying...

Yes, Milo is very relaxed! When rescue dogs finally get adopted they really seem to know and appreciate it. The real mysteries to us are 1) How did a wonderful dog like this end up at the pound and 2) Why was he at the pound for two whole months before being adopted? From day one he has been a perfect and polite companion. I shudder to think what happens to lesser dogs :(

Hey Scooby! Gosh been a sub for like 7-8 years maybe longer and I just turned 30 around Christmas. I remembered your old recipes like the mixed vegetables and pasta sauce from your easy meals video for students or people on the go, and wanted to re-watch your videos for diet motivation once again. I'm actually in solid shape at 5'10" and 155lbs but I want to just be healthy as possible and your videos are so enjoyable to watch. I actually love making eggs with Cauliflower too. I would like to transition to less animal products and the way you incorporate veggies amazes me. I still will eat meat - just a lot more veggies

Das Eine muss das Andere nicht ausschließen. I do sports (e.g. soccer) and cook my own (good-looking) meals. I do not measure each drop of oil because that is nonsense. Remember. You do videos for regular everyday normal people and not some 6% body-fat guys. Food is something people love and need. You reach them easier by providing them tasty AND healthy food.

+scooby1961 Because good food and good physique are mutually exclusive?
The world is not black and white, ffs.
Not to mention the fact that "good physique" is very subjective. Personally, I think people with single digit %BF levels look grotesque, I wouldn't dream of saying they have a good physique.

You know I love all your videos and everything you stand for Scooby, and now I have to take a stand on something. It's the correct use of "healthy" and "healthful." The word "healthful" means "contributing to the state of good health," whereas "healthy" means "enjoying the state of good health." Hence: "Eating healthful foods can help make a person healthy." 'Nuff said. I love the hell out of you.

It is good to see that trying to handle the workload of an engineer as well as keep fit isnt a struggle i will go through alone. haha.

Didn't have any generic no salt seasoning so had a hunt round the kitchen and used what i found, so put in a lot of paprika, bit of cumin, bit of coriander, some random mixed herbs and a load of black pepper and hoped for the best... Turned out pretty good I think! Gave it a bit of a spicy kick. Really useful, definitely gonna have it again when I want something quick!
