I'm pretty happy with my Rode VideoMic Pro+.
very clear!
The big thing with any microphone is getting it close enough to the action. I have my VideoMic Micro mounted to a selfie stick for a lightweight boom microphone - works brilliantly for interviews in outdoor conditions when shooting solo as it is light enough to hold one-handed. Rode - if you guys are reading this, love you to produce a high-quality selfie stick / extendable boom specifically for the VideoMic Micro.
When I get close to mine, it clips like crazy
I am unhappy with my Wireless Go setup because of lack of dual channel, trying to find a different brand now
I have all 3 but I have the original Video mic the Black one that's on its side
Sold
I need your help! My Videomic GO stuck to my SONY A58 it was brand new microphone and now iam helpless.. Any tips to unscrew it? :(
I’d like to see rode video mic pro + but smaller.
Hi to everyone! Just a question:
For live music or Tutorial Videos for CZcams and Social, which to choose? Is there one that you can select the polar digram, according to different situations?
Thanx for any advice! ☺
Hey Samuele, while you can not change the polar diagram on the VideoMic Micro, it is a very versatile little microphone with the only caveat being your camera needs plug-in power for it to work.
So is it a good idea to get that cinema audio quality to use the mic u attach to the camera, a mic on a boom pole and some lavs? Or u don’t need the lavs?
Hey there- it really depends on what your circumstances are like, including how many crew members you have, where you're filming, and what you're trying to capture.
My video micro has a slight lean forward, any tips on how to force it upright?
Click the cable into the black screwing ring. See; czcams.com/video/NQ1AW0_MXf4/video.html
What's the best for nature sound capture with GoPro or DSLR?☺️
Probably a question for your preferred local camera retailer!
Question - Using a smartphone for these, are you going to get lower quality than if you use an interface?
There shouldn't be any difference in audio quality!
RØDE Microphones Why is that? The preamp on the interface surely is stronger
junk rubber band design on the old video mic and they wouldn't replace it...I'm done with rode.
