Two more decks I was looking forward to seeing! These decks don’t get used very much in the modern 2004 Worlds meta, so I appreciate the chance to see them in action! First Banette GX versus Zoroark GX, and now this… it feels like you’re reading my mind!
Promoting Dunsparce after the first Swampert ex would have been preferred over promoting Swampert. Not only was Dunsparce more expendable, but it could attempt to stall for time using a single Energy and/or attempt to retreat with the same one Energy without risking a valuable Energy accelerator. Promoting the Dunsparce instead of the Magneton when you played Warp Point also would have been wise, as Magneton was a valuable part of the deck’s consistency engine, and Dunsparce had served its purpose, being useful in the late game mainly for Sudden Flash.
I mention this misplay because these videos are a valuable resource for players researching new formats, since they can see those format’s decks and their strategies in battle. I know it will probably be months before you touch these decks again because of the sheer quantity of decks you play, so these comments are actually more focused on providing additional learning opportunities to newer players.
For the record, I make more misplays than either of you make on this channel. For context, I somehow manage to make misplays when using Jason Klaczysnki’s EX Block Format Queendom list, which very nearly plays itself. I have also learned much from this channel, and I thank you for sharing these videos.
Hope you and your wife are doing well,
    Sincerely,
    Charmaster

Yeah we're still learning the matchup. It took us a couple of tries until we recorded a video we liked

That’s fair enough, considering how different 2004 plays than 2005 and 2006 and how both previous 2004 videos featured Team Magma’s Groudon, which plays very differently than stage 2 decks.

Unless there was a ruling change/errata, that Town Volunteers play from Garde ex was illegal. It states **Baby Pokemon, Basic Pokemon or Basic Energy** for recycling. Garde ex is NOT a Baby or Basic Pokemon.

It specifies baby pokemon, basic pokemon, evolution, and basic energy cards. Gardevoir ex is an evolution.
