2:12 This will go down in history as one of the channel's most iconic moments.
8:09 "I bought a spare one of that back in the day." Me: "Back in MY day." Also me: "Don't make 'back in my day' jokes about the man who may provide your therapy in 20 years."
11:44 It's a real card. It was printed in a Nintendo factory using the same cardstock as a real card, it was sold in a Nintendo-certified product, and both the factory and The Pokémon Company International (Or at least relevant individuals in both companies) received their share of the payment made by the distributor who dispersed this card and millions like it to chain stores and local game stores across the Western world and Southeast Asia. A Pokémon card could accidentally be printed on the back of another Pokémon card in the factory and it would still be a real card, even if you could never use it in a deck. I will never stop nitpicking that World Championship reprint cards are real cards (Just like how views you get from me posting too many comments are real views).

Now it's time to start cooking. Honestly, it seems like you're well on your way to building Empoleon/Bronzong AND Chandelure/Mew, both of which are decks you had your eye on. Don't get me wrong, the Chandelure and Litwick will still be expensive, but you've saved yourself $30 in Mew and $150 in Tropical Beaches (Which you weren't going to buy anyways, but not you don't have to look at paper printouts of them). As for BombTar, yes, the Electrode ex will be... an investment.
I'm seeing lots of other deck options you hadn't been thinking about... in fact, right from the get-go you can build two decks for $10, maybe three decks for $30. It looks like you are within $5 each of completing Banette/Blissey in 2008 and Golisopod GX/Garbodor in 2017 (Ironically I think the Trubbish might be the main cards you're missing). RubyRetro made a fun Toxicroak/Weezing deck that you only need $6 worth in Pokémon and three more Call Energy to build (So $15 for three World Championship copies), and you could probably throw in Empoleon/Marowak (Ambush) for 2007 if you were willing to pay $30-40. It could also be fun to build a second Gardevoir deck in 2008 with different techs... it's surprising how many options there are for building that deck! Do you have a vision for all those 2013 World Championship cards? Klinklang in 2013 or Empoleon in 2014 would be cool, and both use Dowsing Machine as their ACE SPEC.
I'm guessing Whimsicast would love to buy or trade for many of the cards you don't think you'll use. Come to think of it, I myself would be thrilled to buy half an EX Block Format Queendom list in a single place, as it would streamline the process of ferreting out all the cards from all the different sellers on TCGPLAYER. I'm not in any hurry to build Queendom, though, and unfortunately Jason Klaczynksi also lumps in World Championship cards with proxies, so even though he allowed ten proxies in his last EX Block tournament, I would only be able to shave off a few dollars here and there with World Championship Double Rainbow Energy or Desert Ruins (Ironically I'm guessing you want to hold on to all your Double Rainbow and Ruins).
Congrats on building Garchomp/Altaria! (Or Fluffychomp as some people called it. Fluffychomp just sounds more affectionate, almost cozy, like Altaria's wings. Ignore the terrifying apex predator skyshark behind the curtain.)

Klinklang sounds good, I remember one of my friends ran that deck back in 2013, it looked fun. That ChandyGor deck needs Mew prime though, not Mew EX.
I hadn't heard of the toxicroak/weezing deck, I'll look into it. And I also wanna build empoleon/dusknoir for 2014.

@@holon_phantom Whoops. You're right about the Mew Prime, I got mixed up. You can find the Toxicroak/Weezing list at the bottom of the 2008 Worlds page of PTCGLEGENDS, where it's just called Toxicroak.
Do you think you'll build Banette/Blissey or Golisopod GX/Garbodor since you're this close? Or would you not be interested enough to justify the cost of the sleeves?
Glad to hear you're interested in both Klinklang and Empoleon/Dusknoir. Looks like they'll compete for your Tropical Beach, though. I suppose you can just print out proxies for one of them, like you intended to do for ChandyGor before you realized you had some extra World Championship copies knocking about.

I kept on looking for decks you could build, and I think Victreebel/Weezing ("Acid Liability") from 2005 would be the cheapest third generation deck you could build. I'm using Jay Hornung's list for reference. You already have the Pidgeot line, the Dunsparce, and most of the Trainers and Energy (though I'm guessing there would be a lot of competition for your Double Rainbow Energy, though). What you would be missing is the Victreebel line (the entire thing would cost about $25), a Jirachi (Unfortunately), a Swoop! Teleporter, and one Desert Ruins. It doesn't need a single Holon Transceiver, though, so if you found yourself craving another third generation deck after you build BombTar, this would be a fun option that would be less painful for your wallet.
Honestly, it might be worth trying to sell some of the cards (especially Pokémon) that you know you have no use for. You can build Gardevoir/Gallade any number of ways, but if you don't think you'd enjoy building freshly teched out versions, you could probably get a solid head start on saving up for those Electrode ex if you sold the lines. And you could probably get a few dollars each for your extra copies of "The Wrong Jirachi" to help you save up for "The Right Jirachi." Hopefully this is helpful.

Edit: Whoops, I just realized you have almost all the pieces for Golisopod/Garbodor because it WAS one of the World Championship decks. I thought the two Grass type decks were Decidueye GX/Golisopod GX and DECIDUEYE GX/VILEPLUME. My mistake. (I suppose you could build Drampa GX/Garbodor or Espeon GX/Garbodor?)
Does the Banette/Blissey deck sound interesting and worth buying $5 in cards plus sleeves to play? Banette is a nifty Pokémon that OHKOs Gardevoir and does solid damage to anything else, and it takes an interesting route to achieve that damage. It’s another deck that’s not abusing Cessation Crystal, too.

@holon_phantom I sent you a time-sensitive email, and I want to make sure you saw it if it went to your spam folder (Which I'm more or less counting on). Surprisingly it's still relevant a few hours later. I'm not sure when you get off of work, but hopefully you can address it soon.

@holon_phantom I just realized I forgot to tag you in this comment (I edited the tag in, but it doesn't look like it will notify you). I don't want you to miss this. (Wait, never mind, the tag is only blue if I'm replying to the person. My mistake.)
