    This is I think my favourite cool down and stretch...it's so peaceful. He gently encourages, highlighting that it's not a competition, neither do we have to do it perfectly....just try again cuz we're human! Love this! Thank you sir. I come back here every time.

    All cool downs should be like this, relaxing, and no pressure. I tried a lot of videos that encourage you to work more. After long workout you need to relax.

    I do at least 3 short cool downs every time I exercise. Great I discovered this one coz I always have this as my last cool down. Effective, peaceful, relaxing. Leaving the best to last.
