For real at first I was like that seems a little easy first time trying it and I feel sore as heck which makes me glad to add it to my regiment

Sajjad Kayani it’s working for me I feel myself getting a six pack by doing this and other exercises at least 3 times a day so if you want faster results try doing it more than one time in a day
I do it at 7am then at 12pm then at 10 pm, idk about you guys I would love to know

This is great. Most ab workouts either suffocate me or are straight up impossible. So the breath guides are really helpful!
Wow I’m going to do this every day! I’ve already downloaded it offline! 😂 It’s hard when you’re doing it but I love how you do the right ‘relaxation-in-your-muscles’ stretches after a certain exercise so that you stretch the right muscles to make you feel better. Nice and quick and it makes me feel good and fresh after I’ve done it even though it’s short. Love it!

Been doing this like 3-4 times a day. Love the workout, but hearing “soften the blow, to the ab-dom-in-nal” multiple times per day is wearing on me hahahaha 😂😂. Great workout though!

Day 1 : a bit tough but I did it anyway no effect just a bit stiff
Day 2 : my stomach hurts but still did it anyway , no effect
Day 3 : there’s a little bit shape and some pain
Day 4 : did half of this and took rest
Day 5 : did full and some results are visible
Day 6 : rest
Day 7 : little bit sore and stiffness
Day 8 : little bit results visible
Day 9 : no difference than yesterday still doing it little bit stiff

I have a very strong core, but didn't feel like killing myself today. As somebody else said, this was easy enough to do and hard enough to feel. When I saw "easy," I feared I'd wind up shutting it off out of boredom, but that didn't happen. Thanks (and bravo!)

Jeff if you want to lose weight at the same time, do it in the morning when you have nothing to eat, you burn 3x more calories because your body doesn't have any energy from food so it uses the fat in your body for energy

Day 1 of me doing this exhausted and core hurt s lot
Day 2 the bicycle and crunches still are very hard but all the other ones are getting easier.
Day 3 is the same.
Day 4 my abs are super sore and I started dieting
Day 5 I can start to do it without supporting my abs
Day 6 this was my break day because i was very sore
Day 7 I took like a week break and I started it up again but it was much easier

I’m doing this every day with updates to see how long it takes for me to get a flat stomach or abs
Day 1: it hurt a lot but That’s because I’m out of shape and chubby
Day 2: it still hurt a lot but a small bit less from yesterday, pretty painful still tho. No results yet

Lol the result is not a 1or 2 days, it will take months and you need to rest 2 times a week, there is no easy exercise for just a days
@@kudoshinichi2231:Do this 5 times a week, twice a day and incorporate steady cardio like running/jogging on the treadmill for 2 miles a day and you'll see decent results in around 6-8 weeks. Also have to have a clean/healthy diet with high protein.

I'll admit the title is right. This is easy (talking about past me) but everything for a good ab condition is there and will comeback to this video to get back in shape since all other trainer only go hard

Really good for beginners because it is not to easy that you can't feel anything but may hard enough that you can't do it.... I used to use thenx but that was to hard for me and I couldn't complete them well enough for results..🙏❤️

ッDxrkness look up diets depending on your current body type and your body goals. If you want to gain weight and muscle then you should be eating in a calorie surplus, lots of carbs etc. And some cardio but not too much, because otherwise you begin to lose muscle mass. A half hour run a few times per week should do it. But you should research different diets to make sure you’re doing it correctly.

Please don't punish yourself, learn what is good for your body and do what feels good, in eating and in exercising.
Exercise isn’t supposed to be a punishment ^^ Your goal should be healthy; eat clean and workout 5-6 days a week :)

I tried 5 mins ago and this is harder than it looks.
I can do 5-minutes a day... I think.
I will have to take it easy, as I did feel some lower back and shoulder discomfort on my first session, but I know I can do it.
I've totally changed my diet over the last 12 months, lost 25 lbs, in the first 3-4 months and am keeping the weight off. Now it's time to bring in the exercise.
This music sounds like it’s from super monkey ball which makes the workout much more intense but satisfying once I complete it, just like a monkey ball level lol
