Not sure if you already do this or not… In my shop when I have a lot of cabinets to make I make my batch size equal the amount of panels that comprises a carcass, so 4. My cycle time is the time it takes to edgeband, trim, sand and patch anything…all the way up UNTIL spraying. I keep track of that time. So every cycle the goal is to decrease your cycle time. Easier to find bottlenecks this way in my opinion. Also the ticking clock helps.

Yes, I still make kennels but the demand has slowed tremendously. Honestly the last half of this year has been slow in general.
