  • Hello fellow lawnmower junkies and general enthusiasts of repairmanship. Here I am flushing out a wheel motor. I bought this machine with hydraulic pump issues and before I replace the pumps I want to check into my wheel motors to make sure they’re free of any metal debris. I use a 5 gallon bucket of hydraulic fluid and by turning the wheel in both directions, I’m able to evacuate all of the old fluid and test it for any debris. I hope this helps someone in the same position and Hey if it helped you out please like or leave a comment.
    Thanks!

Great video. I'm just wondering why you where flushing the wheel motor. Took my turf tracer in to do a complete overall on it and one of the things they did was change the hydro but never flushed it. The left side is having a hard time going into gear now, it was driving fine before they did the change but ever since they changed it hasn't ran right.
