They're singing about being typical Finnish guys, so they speak bad English, are unromantic and can't express feelings. And then they've juxtaposed that with Pandora, who's singing in English, who's Swedish (which the Finns perceive as outgoing) and have her say "I love you" so easily, over and over again.
