I have never seen a national final on this level of strength, not even MGP last year was this strong. There are 5 top 10 worthy songs so far.

I know realistically it will be The Rasmus probably just because of the hype behind the name but I really REALLY wish it will be this one. It's just the right amount of controversial to garner interest but it's not offensive and once you actually listen to it, the message is heartfelt

I really like both songs. Olivera is the edgy, risky deeper choice. The Rasmus is the safer choice but I really like that song too!

This song is a gem, the rest is up to the life performance. I love how deep the lyrics go, that's unexpected and refreshing. I work in health care myself, I'm familiar with death. In most cases it looks just like Olivera sings, you slowly "fall asleep and dissappear". You feel the person is not there anymore, just a shell. I'm not a religious person but I'm curious if there's something more after that. Wow who knew an ESC song takes you this deep!
My favourite is still BESS, but this is the only song in UMK this year (and Eurovision 2022 as of current) that genuinely gave me chills when I listened to it for the first time. This is so haunting and magnificent and I think this could very well be a surprising winner at UMK, with likely a good placing at Eurovision

Her voice is so unique. All of the five so far are such great contenders. UMK this year is so strong. I like the song can't wait to see all of these songs live. So hard to pick one.

This is a small song about big things, quite the opposite of the Rasmus. I like how the lyrics make sense and sound intelligent, and the melody is gentle yet strong.

@@norapelamo5079 Ok, you might be right. - If we are thinking the vocals, she is young since for many singers 40 is the turning point - the best before date starts to be in the past. Olivera still has the clarity/brightness in her voice.

Being atheist just means you don't belive in a god. If you don't belive in a god or gods you are by defenicion an atheist no matter what else you belive about spirituality

So sad that she didn't get selected. I guess even an atheist country like finland thought it would upset the "christians" and picked a terrible rock song instead.
Also, as far as atheist songs are concerned, it's not at all unusual, there are thousands of songs about atheism and almost every single main stream song is secular, the unusual ones are the "christian" songs lol.
Even john lennon-imagine is about atheism and humanism just like this song.
