I cloned the wifi with ease, no problems, very strong signal where the wifi adaptor was installed BUT the speed from the wifi adaptor is very slow , approx 1 -3 Mbps only, compared to 37mbps from my home router.
There are so many variables linked to wifi and routers etc, that it isn't really fair to slag off Devolo or any other reputable manufacturer if something doesn't work first time - or perhaps after several tries. Heck, maybe even at all! And NO - I have no affiliation in any way with Devolo or any other maker! LOL As an 'oldie' though, I do have the ability - and patience - to take a step back and look at the big picture. I also remember the 'bad old days!' before the Internet... :-) These days, we have so many electrical/radio devices - each competing for a 'slice' of our limited bandwidths - that to me its no wonder that conflicts occur and systems fail to meet their stated performance targets. Don't forget, many of these performance parameters may well have been achieved 'under laboratory conditions' - which certainly ain't the same as in the real world! In a nutshell then; read up on a product BEFORE you buy it; DON'T trust everything you read - especially in affiliated 'reviews' (sales people are notorious purveyors of BS!) and, when you do make a purchase, be sure to follow the installation instructions TO THE LETTER! Taking short cuts because 'it will be alright' are a recipe for failure! FYI - I have recently set up a Devolo system in my home and it works superbly. BUT - and it may well be a big 'but' - due to my home being an older, brick and concrete building, I have had to install extra units to supply wifi to some rooms. No problem - just a basic understanding of how building materials affect radio waves! ;-) Good luck all. :-)

It works but somedays it wont work and u need to reset all over again so you cant rely on it 100%
Did every step to clone my router and nothing works sending this shite back
