I found your workouts about two months back. I've been working out using CZcams videos for a couple of years, and when I first tried your video, which was an after dinner walk exercise, I wasn't quite used to my instructor who was so chatty 😅. However, I soon found your comments very motivating and since then, when I'm feeling unmotivated and tired, I find myself searching for your low impact workouts as your chats make the workout go so much faster and easier. Can you upload more mat workouts that reduce fat on thighs, inner thigh workout and butt workouts?It's a pleasure to work out with you, I came by your you tube videos by accident and all other subscriptions got "unsubscribed"! Yours are the only videos I will work out to. Ever thought of doing kettle bell videos? Just a thought..
