Very nice! You've done it again - you're so consistent with your uploads❤ . I managed to lower my A1C from 5.8 to 5.2 in about 6-7 months by changing my diet and doing your workouts!! You are a GOD Send!!!! Keep up the motivating, inspiring, hard work 💪
Hi fitness friends. My blood pressure has been high for over 50 years. Cycling has kept it below 140/90 but thought I would try the 10 minute warm up and this 20 minute workout. 138/84 before and 175/91 after? This was at lunchtime. 158/89 at bedtime. 150/84 the next morning. Went for an hours bike ride and now 138/82. Not sure these are for everyone. Has anyone else noticed this happening to their readings in the beginning of taking up isometric exercises? Take care all.
We had a terrible storm here where I live and internet was out and when I turned on t v and realized I wasn’t going to get to exercise with you 😂 let’s just say my morning didn’t start out good 😂😂😂
Regarding getting up and down multiple times during a short workout: 1) teach us how to do it, not just say it; 2) not everyone agrees with this. I would prefer blocks that are all standing and then all on the floor.
