Hi Vivek, I am a great follower of yours. Mostly try to implement many things yoi recommend. Can I request you to make a video for diabetics? What diet and fasting they should follow? I have seen your fasting video and on a strict no grain diet from last 2 days. Try to follow this for a week.
Your videos are very informative and useful. Creating right conditions for good health.
Every human is unique and are differing in age, sex, genes, BMI etc. The main cause of lifestyle disorders like obesity, diabetes, hypertension etc. is Insulin Resistance.
Eating without hunger, eating or drinking (other than water) multiple times in a day and that too high sugary refined foods over many years cause Insulin resistance.
For Gut health, Insulin Sensitivity follow below 5 daily habits.
1. Drink one liter water immediately after waking up in the morning & go for first bowel movement.
2. After 45 minutes of brisk walk, drink one liter water again & go for second bowel movement.
3. Don’t drink water 20 minutes before eating food, while eating and until two hours after eating.
4. Avoid or reduce to minimum processed foods, junk foods, bakery foods, ice creams, stimulants like alcohol, coffee, tea etc.
Eat only twice in a day when hungry & maintain the same timings. Timings, quantity of food and type of food is your choice and convenience.
Nothing in between two meals except water.
Other than water anything else one puts in mouth is food which requires digestion and cause sugar & insulin hike In blood. Prolonged insulin in the blood for years cause Insulin Resistance and Lifestyle Disorders.
For good health eat one time cooked food and second time Natural Food (Uncooked). (Not for Diabetics)
5. Drink balance 1 to 2 litres of water between two meals in instalments.
Ensure Seven hours sleep between 10 pm to 5 am, Manage Stress & Fasting once in a fortnight enhances Health & Immunity.
Check and ensure five blood test parameters - D vitamin levels 60 to 80 ng/ml, B12 vitamin levels 600 to 800 pg/ml, HbA1c < 5.6%, Fasting Insulin 3 to 5 mU/L, Fasting sugar < 99 mg/dl. Ksg Rao +91 9840852996
