KONE EcoDisc Traction Elevators - Thompson Hotel - Seattle, WA

[Recorded June 2023] These are basic but nice KONE EcoDisc traction elevators. They serve a decent amount of floors but I feel like they could be sped up a little more. The rooftop restaurant here is pretty nice too.

2 things, You need to do another parts tour because I love them, Second one say you have to go to milwaukee we have some pretty cool elevators here.

I’m going to be honest, I actually prefer the first elevator more without the floor passing chime. I definitely think these could be faster but they seem to run alright.

The fact that the left one has four extra floors is crazy. If one is in need to get to one of those parking levels they only have a 50/50 chance of getting it.

saving money at the cost of convenience. if you want to go down from the other one, you get off on the first floor and press down
