ANNOYING OTIS Traction Elevators - North Tower, Westgate Resort - Las Vegas, NV

[Recorded September 2023] These are the elevators in the North Tower at this hotel. They were originally old OTIS elevators that were modded by OTIS again with Series 1 fixtures. They have since received a really tacky generic mod and the new surface mount COPs look horrible. These are also beyond annoying. Between the Adams hatch latch beep, the floor-passing chime, and the creepy Janus door sensor voice, I can't decide what is more obnoxious. Imagine having a room next to these!

Those cabs are beautiful. I stayed at a hotel in Memphis, TN that announced that the doors were opening and closing. It drove me nuts.

Wow that chime is annoying. I find it quite annoying when people ask if the elevator is going down or up when the lanterns are LITERALLY showing the direction of the elevator.

This bank had square touch... and later Series 1 as you said. (Oddly, the east tower got Innovation Universal when this bank got Series 1).
