  • My Honda 2HP outboard with centrifugal clutch would start and run but the propeller wouldn't turn. This video shows how to dismantle the outboard and repace the clutch bearing and clutch outer when the clutch bearing has siezed.

Thanks for that - I think I can have a go at fixing mine now! (Follow up: I was able to drive the bearing and clutch 'rim' out. Like you I'd hoped to simply replace the bearing itself, but the bearing is permanently fixed to the shaft as per your replacement item. Fortunately my bearing wasn't in too bad a shape - I eased out the bearing seal and cleaned and re-greased the caged balls. Might have to buy the parts new eventually but it's running fine now anyway.)

That's good news. My bearing was definitely shot anyway as there was so much corrosion in there. Glad the video was of help because I couldn't find much else of use on youtube.

아래 3개의 나사를 풀렀는데 위로 빠지지가 않네요 어떻게 해야할지 모르겠어요 ? Thanks

It should just pull of with the three bolts removed. I hope its not seized onto the spline of the shaft?
