Que bueno que hagan otra así pero con peso. Por que tengo entendido que si se le pone peso se crea la hipertrofia muscular. Se los agradecería si lo hacen amigos excelente canal muy buenas rutinas.
Cuando muestran la rutina con los tiempos de ejecución y de descanso es maravilloso me encantan. Felicidades que canal tan estupendo ayudan mucho a los que hacemos ejercicio en casa.
Tu puedes agregarle el peso sea mancuernas o discos y manejas el peso según tu criterio físico y igual puedes manejar las repeticiones y la series y tiempo también
Exercícios lentos, menor o risco lesão, movimentos mais trabalhados, amei!

eu estou seguindo os videos dos exercicios faz duas 2 semana , antes fazia uma sequencia de outros que achei na internet , porem esse canal foi o melhor de todos que ja vi , eu faço de segunda a quinta sempre alternando cada tipo de exercicios por dia , dando preferencia para torax , bicepis , pernas , batata e barriga , como antes ja fazia exercicios em casa ou correndo no parque a varios anos , praticamente quase 10 anos , ja estava fisicamente bem , mas ainda faltava aumentar muscularmente, e com mais carga , com esses videos consegui isso , preciso comprar alguns equipamentos, ja tenho um haltere , e outras peças , fechando isso , nem academia preciso pagar, aqui ja cumpre bem o papel
