Hello! We recommend silicone base lubricant from your local hardware/home improvement store, i.e. 3M brands.

I have no idea whether to choose this or the fusion 600. im going through hell trying to make a choice.

@@BodySolidFit thanks for the reply. my budget falls in line with this and the fusion 600. for me it's choosing between the functional training arms which are very, very useful or the pec dec and low row option on the G6BR. I love the color scheme on G6BR also. Is there actually any difference between this and the g6b outside of the color scheme? Also, you had an incredibly cool machine called the fusion 400 but it's been discontinued, right? Right now im leaning towards the fusion 600. If it had a low row option similar to the G6BR this would be a much easier option!

@@Noob-iu1sg You are right we did once have the Fusion 400 but that has since been discontinued. There's a few of them out in the wild still but we don't sell new ones of those right now, sorry.
You also nailed the biggest difference between the two and that's the pec dec station on the G6BR. It's a great addition that really helps you do pec flys and rear delt exercises on the gym. The Fusion has some tools that can help you achieve similar results including the pulley arms that are great for chest flys.
It's really a matter of preference and what type of workouts you'd like to make easier. Both are exceptional machines. Typically the G6BR will retail for a few hundred dollars cheaper than the Fusion. The Fusion is also a bit more compact dimension wise so if you have a space-constrained location you were looking to put these into, that one may be worth looking at.
Happy to answer any other questions you have!

@@BodySolidFit I've decided on the fusion600. for me being able to use the functional trainer aspect is what sold me to go along with the bi angular arms. A small suggestion for body solid when they create their next home gym. An Iso bi angular option, that would be a game changer! no home gym has that. thank you for your responses!
