    I have this but putting the leg attachment together is annoying. Still have not figured out the cables.

    Can you do a seated mid-row with the biangular arms on the actual seat facing the stack (not talking about seated on the floor doing the row on the lower pulley)? Can you do a standing shoulder press like on the G9S, or only the seated-leaning-forward way shown in the video?

      Brian, you could use the seated mid-row but I think you'd find the range of motion a little limiting and not all that effective. Similar with the standing shoulder press. Depending on your height, you will probably find the range of motion not sufficient enough. Let us know if you have any other questions or need any additional help.
