Body-Solid Free-Weight Leverage Gym with Squat Attachment and Olympic Leverage Flat Incline Decline Bench (SBL460P4) is designed to help you turn up the intensity of your workouts and achieve maximum gains in strength and size in a minimum amount of time. Perform over 40 exercises with one machine, replicated to feel like free weight movements but with the added safety of a leverage machine. Perform bench, incline, decline, and shoulder presses, pec flys, lat pulldowns, preacher curls, squats, calf raises, and much more, without needing to worry about finding a spotter. Each station adjusts to fit your size for proper positioning, with beneficial pre-stretch and full range of motion.
The home gym machine's extra heavy-duty mainframe is built from 3- by 3-inch 10- and 11-gauge high tensile strength steel with four-sided welded construction for exceptional strength and stability. Each leverage exercise station moves fluidly on pivot points that utilize commercial grade pillow block bearings and oversized bronze bushings for smooth, continuous movement. The 2- and 3-inch thick tear-resistant DuraFirm seat, back, and shoulder pads support you comfortably through the heaviest routines and are guaranteed to never bottom out.

ugh If I had a dream gym space this would be the first thing i would get, so so nice
I had one of the first ones made - there is a TON more stuff you can do on this machine than what this video shows. And unlike the competitor, the bench press handles rotate and give you a much better feel than fixed handles. But as I said, the things you can do on this machine are limited by your own imagination. I need to buy another one.
About time this Beast of a Machine got some love! Got one in 2005 and its still in great condition. Using it for Stronglifts 5x5 like a champ!

@@BodySolidFit I just posted a comment on this. I've always stuck to your products as the quality can't be matched. Giving a lifetime warranty on everything is a clear statement of the quality. That's why I've never invested in another brand. I'd like to get the sbl460 with the bench but can't find a UK supplier. Would you free ship one to me in the UK?

@@BodySolidFit No worries. I've checked everywhere but can't find anyone. I think it may be because it's so old. What I mean by that is that it's been out for about 20 years or so which is unheard of as most equipment becomes obsolete after several years - which again says everything about your gear. I've actually wanted to get it for years but never had the space. I've seen it on Amazon but only on the .com site and not the .co.uk. site. However, it says there are no sellers able to deliver to the UK. I'm not in a major rush as I need to sell my equipment to make the space but it would be great to know that I can get it as I will be ready once I sell my gear which shouldn't be very difficult

This gym blows me away every time I see it. Everything has a lifetime warranty which gives you an idea of the quality. I've been wanting to get one for a while with the bench but for some reason they've stopped producing it for the UK. If anyone knows different let me know!
I have the PowerTec “version” of this i do like the versatility of the bench not being attached on this one..the leg curl attachment seems better made too..i wish i had seen the his one when looking a few years back..

Look very effective, I dont have the place for this one, but I will keep my body-solid glgs100 corner leverage gym.
I want one, though the only feature I wish it had would be "free motion" on the leverage arms for chest/shoulder lifts. I've noticed that the "fixed" motion of a linear lifting path, while great for building strength and mass, offers limited potential for athletic movements, such as pushing against an opponent or moving an irregularly shaped object through space.
Where is the leg press component? The leg extension and leg curl are featured, but not the leg press.
There is no leg press component, Stephanie. Only leg extension/leg curl.
Squats work same muscles as leg press lol
On the video mark of 2:29, Does the bench comes with the overall equipment or do you have to buy that separately?

Le banc est compris et moi j'en ai acheté il-y-as +- 5 ans en Belgique (d'une site Néerlandaise) donc je m'imagine bien que c'est possible de le faire livrer en France

The bench looks so bad for the shoulder. look at how bad the form is.
I was about to say that. everything else seems fine but bench press looks really bad
Think the guy needs to just move his body further forward so his head on in line with handles. He was lying too far back from the handles.
