I installed my radio tonight in my 2014 street glide. When I have the gauges displayed everything works but if I go to the soindstream home screen the mph reads 0

Contacted Harley Davidson today tech-support. If you have the screaming eagle smart tuner pro. It is constantly adjusting as you’re driving to the conditions. Other words, the gauges will not work because it is constantly scanning and tuning. Hopefully they can find a fix for this. Would really love to get this radio.
Just a thought, I've heard you say that you will be sending out the Maestro units pre set wth your suggested settings, but maybe do a video showing how you set those settings up and why you set them the way you do.
For some of us, this will be our first foray into aftermarket head units, and having a choice to assign what joystick press does what is very foreign to us.
We preset the thumb controls to the best, most logical layout, I have a video on programming the mrr2 going up next week and we include a wallet card that shows all the settings we have made when shipped. Thank you!
Lifestyle cycles posted a video of them receiving shipment programming maestros and will be shipping out May 21st. Have you received those pre ordered radios yet to begin shipping? I would expect you would be first or the same as any other company to begin receiving these.
They got 10 radios and are located very close to the Soundstream warehouse, we got 500 that are on a freight truck heading this way, we will be programming and shipping to our preorder customers in order by purchase date middle of this next week. Right on schedule
soundstream needs to make a stereo for the 2024 rg because it is slow as hell

I’ve got the Harley Davidson branded Rockford Fosgate stage 3 system with amp on a 2014 ultra limited that is pretty much plug and play.
Will this head unit work with my current amp and speakers?
Yes it will
If you are running the Harley Davidson Rockford Fosgate Amp in the saddle bag. Do you need to turn off the equalizer in the amp before swapping out the radio? Or does it have to be flashed to do that?
You can flatten the eq in the Rockford amp using their app, then just use the radios eq

Any idea on how the TPMS works? Is there specific brands that work with it?
With factory tpms system only, if the ecm can see it the radio can
Any word regarding SoundStream V2 and Thundermax. im not super concerned about the gauges working on the radio. but curious about other functionality if they will work together.
All other functionality currently works, only thing not working are the gauges on radio when using thundermax
Jay, look forward to meeting you in person at the upcoming Run to The Hills 4. I have a full Hertz system on my 16 Road Glide Ultra powered by the sound digital 800 watt amp and also have the SoundStream HDSU14si. It sounds great but would you be able to take a listen to it at the meet up and maybe be able to fine tune the EQ a little so it sounds the best it can? Also wanted to know my options of adding some bass to the system without losing saddlebag space since I only have the mid bass 6x9 in the saddlebag lids.
Thank you, we will be there Saturday, eq adjustment varies depending on amplifier used and how it is adjusted. We have settings when using our plug n play amplifiers but we know exactly how it was adjusted to give good eq advice
@@volunteeraudio well I’m looking forward to seeing you guys because I watched your video on making adjustments put out a year ago and I’ve messed around with the EQ a bit but I know you guys have a better ear for that than me. I do listen to all types of music but predominately rap and reggaeton. Got the bass a little higher but hoping there are options without losing saddlebag space.

ok, i've been inquiring about ship dates and I would think this video supersedes all priors and questions regarding the initial batch pre-order shipment. So if I listened correctly, this was 11 days ago, the manufacturer ships them to you. Volunteer opens and programs the mm to bike specific orders, them ships to the end user?

They came into California a few days early, we will get our shipment tomorrow and start shipping out in order by date purchased
Will this work with a 2018 Tri Glide?

With the siriusxm receiver and appropriate subscription will it display weather radar?
No it does not have Sirius Xm 360 with weather
So when are you thinking those that ordered before march can be receiving them? You did say in the Soundstream warehouse by June 1st, then a few days to get them to you, then a few days to get them shipped out correct? Are we still looking at maybe not until Mid June to actually get them?
We will do our best to systematically ship the orders out in order by when purchased, I hope to have them here by June 5th or 6th and we can ship about 100 per day.

So you should get them Wednesday and will "start" programming them? In this video you say you will have the mrr programmed ahead of time so you can ship them out at about 100 a day. So honestly when will they start shipping? Thank you and please understand it has been 6 months and riding season is half over so everyday delayed is a lost day of great sound while riding.
Does it have android audio wireless and Apple play wireless? And which one sounds better Bluetooth or Android/Apple play?
Both sound great and yes both are wireless!
Hey Jay, I’ve got the screaming Eagle smart tuner installed on my bike. Is that going to be an issue with it interfering with the gauges on an ongoing basis. Thanks.
As long as you are not in auto tune mode they should not interfere
I separated my order of my hertz amp and the v2 radio. will you send me the hertz amp gain settings for the v2 radio?

@@volunteeraudio when buying the pnp hertz amp from your website the only option you can give is "soundstream" radio not soundstream v2. i just verified again today that is the only option.
Jay how much to buy just the maestro interface with the updated firmware on it l brought a sound stream 6 months ago from the authorised dealer in Australia for my street glide 2017 model he didn’t do anything except sell me the system and the radio for my bike
