@@ethanhersey-kilner1676 good for you
Yes do more mountain bike destination review/ guides. And come to the states more!! Maybe try bentonville Arkansas!!
The braapiest place on earth đ
Fricking Blake dude i love him
Rode downhill for the first time in my life in Whistler 2006. Couldn't even open the toilet door the day after my whole body was a mess đ
Now I have been waiting 13 years to go back but never had the resources or the opportunity yet.. Next year I have to go đ
The few times I have been to Whistler, it has been epic and I cannot wait to get back there.
I hope I get to go to whistler one day!
Probably my all-time favourite video from you guys great job đ
Thanks William! đđ€
The two day ticket is more expensive than my bike đ
what bike do you have?
Well Iâm moving. Backcountry awesomeness all winter and biking, hiking, climbing, paddling all summer? YES PLEASE!
Ahhh whistler thank you for those last 2 years i ve been living there!
Ohhh so good guide! Whistler is new on my bucketlist!
Come to Quebec city GMBN! We have some awesome techy trails around here, such as Mount Saint-Anne and Sentiers du Moulin! Raaaad
Don't forget Vallée Bras-du-Nord!
Two week road trip MTB vacation in September with my trusty Hightower LT. 1st stop Squamish then up to Whistler for a Top Of The World wild ride then Pembertonđ€
Whistler is like Centre Parcs, on speed. I'd love to go there someday!
More vids, more places, all of the content.
Great overview of Whistler guys... 2 more options -- you didn't mention the trails on the other side of the valley, and you drove past a ton of great riding around Squamish on your way to Whistler. Keep on driving, leave the Squamish trails to the locals. Even though it's expensive, it's one of a handful of 4 seasons that's just as good in summer as it is in winter. đđđ
Whistler looks so much fun!
Moved from UK to Canada in 2017. Mountain bike is awesome here! and the nature is stunning. Canada = Biking heaven
I'm loving these scene check videos. Keep em coming.
Love this type of video, please make more like it!!
Do more of these they are so fun to watch!
I love it here in Canada! Super pumped!

Just booked 7 days for the 1st week after opening. Whistler has so many awesome trails and other things to do (as Blake described). This will be my 7th year in a row. Make the trek if you can! I feel very fortunate that it is only a 5 hour drive for me...
At Blake, you should hit up the Coast Gravity Park some weekend. It's on the sunshine coast, one short ferry ride away from whistler. Some say it's one of the best parks in the world đ€ I'll let you decide đ
very nice job, love the episodes like is this one, well done
Good vid Blake, keep em coming
Thanks Tom đ€
Will be there for Canada Day long weekend. Yearly trip. Followed by Silverstar. For those who don't know Silverstar in Vernon is also a great MTB resort. Lots of trails in and around Vernon and Kelowna (Canada).
Awesome video. This was helpful cause in june im going to the whistler bike camp for a week!
Good job
Canada is massive ladies and gents .Iâm on the other side of Canada. Whistler is 4335 km or 2694 miles from where I live. Yes whistler is know as the best. But if you canât get to Whistler there are a ton of places just as beautiful and Gnarly in The true North Strong and Free!!!! Hey at the end of the day it doesnât matter where you ride your bike as long as you ride your bike!!
Love Whistler, was there at the 2018 Crankworx, everybody is sooo chill...Athletes are awesome, so easy to talk with. Want to go again this year.
Very lucky to live here! I have to say, the trails outside the park kick ass.
Vacation next year!
Love you guys keep up the good effort

Guys, this guide couldn't have come at a better time. I'm off end of June for 2 weeks to Whistler, all those tips were great.only thing was it would have been good if you included Squamish in the Guide as I'm planning of a few days there. Maybe next review??? :-)
yeah Whistler 2020 on my list! Thanks Mr. Blake!
Marcin Wilusz your welcome Mr Marcin
Yo Blake! Maybe you could do some videos about how you Train for general riding and stuff like that, and back health and posture, flexibility etc
Also, rad video as per!
:) from B.C. local lower mainland, Whistler/Blackcomb does wonders for the soul.
It would be so cool to go to whistlerđđ»
Too bad about the smoke. The views in Whis are some of the best when everything is clear.
Tons of great pedal up trails- Check Lord of the Squirrels it is amazing!
Hereâs some advice from someone who lives there: 1. Expect repairs. I ride the park on a purpose built 40lb DH bike, and Iâve destroyed rims, a chainguide, a derailleur, among other things. Keep some extra money just in case. 2. Donât just experience Whistler. On the way up to Whistler, you pass by Mt. Seymour, Mt.Fromme, Cypress Mountain, and Squamish. Definitely consider riding the shore. 3. DONT come at Crankworx, if you want to enjoy riding, at least. Crankworx is at the peak of the summer here. The trails have enormous braking bumps and certain trails are virtually beaches. Another big factor is the smoke. For the last few years weâve gotten forest fires near the whistler valley that brings tons of smoke and can hurt your lungs. If you want to avoid it, go early July or early September.
Thanks dude. Lash up more tips please if you think if any
This was great, honestly never knew whistler had more than just biking and hiking
Saw a bit of axe throwing there Blake. Nicely done.
This has got to be a year or so ago? Love how you guys can sit on a vid and then release it just as I'm thinking how much I want to go ride my bike in Canada! Expensive to watch? Yep...
Another home run!đ
Bucket List for sure!!!!
More like this please
Canada is such a beautiful country! đšđŠ
Thanks guys, good stuff!
Love Whistler ,stayed there once with my Dad when we were Zip Trekking one day the next Whitewater Rafting and the night life love it .
I said when we go back to visit my Dad in Vancouver i'm having a day in Whistler riding .
Great stuff #GMBN
Awesome video!
Thanks! đ
Whistler is on my list of parks to visit fore sure, as a Californian, I make it a point to ride Angel Fire bike park in New Mexico, it tickles my fancy as the premier bike park for the region of the Southwest of the USA, if not the whole USA, and it can hold it's own against any park to ride! I highly recommend that place!
love your videos, great content and i use it for entertainment
Thanks JimSam2 đ
Wow! Blake's hair grows fast!
Alex von.der.Hoff! Hahaha the magic of editing
Damn
You people luckyyyyyy
If you visit 2/3/4 weeks after crankworks they Slash the season pass by 50%!! You can save $$$s and it's usually quieter on the trails and cooler( It gets friggin hot peak summer!)
Lived in Whistler for 3 years and heading back out for a week this summer. The bike park and trails are a must but the Whistler disc golf course is also a must do i think, it's free (need your own discs.), fun and as always great views.
low key showing off the Ill bike stash , luv it
Feel lucky to live close by. Donât get to go as much as I would like though. Itâs a true gem.
i want to go so badly
It's sooooooooooooo sick!
Gonna work as a trailbuilder in the Whistler Bike Park this season, i'm fucking stoked đ€
For other under 18 peeps out there: there are some awesome whistler bike camps where you can go with your friends and stay there for a week and go riding EVERYDAY. I personally haven't done this before but will try this summer.
Absolutely AMAZING keep it up
Thanks Jackson! đ€
@@gmbn I should be thanking you guys I don't want to imagine how much money and time these videos take
El paraĂso del ciclismo de montaña â€â€â€đđđ
Nice vid i really want to go
You must have been preparing for this video for so long!
Not just Whistler but BC is the MTB mecha of the world
Damn now i want to go there even more
The riding is sick! but the prices are starting to push the local towards other trails in the area. Last time I checked peak season in winter your looking at $150+ for a day and summer your now over $75 it seems. I remember when $90 got you three days in the park.
I would love to see reviews on different places to stay in whistler.
Whistler is a absolute dream place to mountain bike, but you forgot to the mention the absolutely best off bike activity in Whistler - you have to go on one of the Zip line tours itâs fantastic đđ
iv only snowboarded there and that's wild i really want to check out the bike park
Blake makes me happy
Blake is low-key awesome at golf and tomahawk throwing haha
looks awesome. Really want to be you guys right now
Its like youre Nostradamus predicting the one place I want to go visit this year and need information on.đź
Hi love you guys
3>
GREAT info! Weâre actually planning trip up there for Crankworx. Prices are pretty $$$$ but weâll figure something out. Cheersđ
I need videos of Blake on those trails, thatâll be fun to watch.
I hope I get to a point that I have a great bike and a ticket to whistler
You're lucky at gmbn that you can experience all of this but I know you guys deserve it!
We hope you get to experience at some point! Thanks đ€đ
The most beautiful place on earth
First and loving itđ€đ»đ€đ»đ€đ»
Iâm at whistler too lol I wish I brought my mtb
you should come to Thredbo (down under) in summer our time
so Christmas
That would be awesome to go sometime!
It will be a quick trip. Not many runs at Thredbo
bringingtherukas yeah mate bloody oath but u could head further south afterwards and hit mt Buller and the vic high country before sending derby in tas
Iâll be there this year from august to season endđ
đ€
Iâm going to be there on the long weekend
I lived inVancouver my whole life and you taught me things I didn't even know!!
I've been going to Whistler every summer since 2014. The bike park is my happy place! Your riding will progress more in 3 days then at home. Some things I've learned: If you have a DUI in the states Canada does not want you in their country. Theft is a big problem. Keep an eye on your gear and bike at all times. Injury's are real. US health insurance does not work in Canada. Buy Canadian health insurance before your trip. Do not stay at an air BNB that does not have air conditioning. Do not drive thru Vancouver city during rush hour. Drive up during the night to whistler. Staying at a resort is expensive but I feel its better value if you want to feel like your bike is secure and you are comfortable. ( IE hot shower/ clean beds).
Thanks for this info. Share more if ya got it dude. Considering going soon
I also recommend riding a DH bike at the park. I've ridden my trail bike there and just feel beat up the next day.
Youre awesome
Squamish got some nice trails too, the clouds were there because of the large forest fires around BC and Alberta. I love riding A Line and Slayer. Hope you guys checked out Garfs and Earls. Garbanzo is a nice chair, worked there tho
Another great one!! Whistler is the shite! Blake..glad you're not a pro golfer, that swing. Lol!
it is my dream going to whistler
Yeew!
I Wanna go!!!!!
Love the vid
But when you are doing these guides you should maybe say some popural trails or some of yours reccomendations.
