    I'm 66 and enjoying this workout. The tricep work has really improved my "bat-wings", a big problem for older women. I also like how this workout helps tighten up the muscles of the upper back, another trouble spot for the more mature ladies like myself.

    Restarting after a 6 month hiatus. I've lost so much strength, but I've committed to doing the regular monthly calendar to the best of my ability. I've definitely had to modify some moves, but I wanna push myself and watch my strength come back! 😌

    Up Up Down Downs always equals the death of me but after doing the 7-day arm challenge for 4 days...
    I DID THEM WITHOUT STOPPING FOR THIS VIDEO on my feet and with the speed for the last 30

      @@mailynesguerra7186 Hi! I was actually following her May monthly calendar (which I recommend and you can find the monthly calendars on blogilates.com).
      For May, which was a tough month, there was one week that was the 7-day arm challenge videos every day followed by 2-3 other videos like these to have a full 45-minute workout!

    People who do chloe ting workouts: we have to do up and down plank for 30 seconds straight.
    People who do blogilates workouts: sis that ain't nothing we gotta do it for 1:30 straight.

    My arms are super tired and numb, but I also feel energized because I know I did something for myself and that it’s only going to get better from here. Casey I’m glad that you’re here having all of our backs and pushing us to work for ourselves. I hope everyone is having a great 2020 so far.

    I’m so proud of myself, i’ve been doing this a few times per week for three weeks now and at first i had to take a break with tricep dips and cobra push ups every five seconds and couldn’t do even 1 up up down down so i was planking. Yesterday i did tricep dips and half cobras without any breaks for the first time and did 5 up up down downs for each side!! So proud!! I keep going until i can finish the whole 1:45 of up up down downs

    Taking on the october'22 challenge. Have gained a lot. Its been ages since i moved myself for a workout. Missed the first three days of the challenge. Currently weighing 77.8 kgs, 5'4, 25yrs old. Will try to be regular with my workouts and will update my progress. Have started 16:8 intermittent fasting side by side. Wish me luck!
    Day 1: was wayyyy tough. Did 10 min of cardio and 10min of abs too. Took lots of pauses and missed some of the reps.
    Day 2: Had cramps from yesterday. Was very tough. Did 15 min + 20 min of booty pilates workout with pauses and missed some reps but i guess i did my best.
    Day 3: the wotkout felt a little doable althought took lots of pauses and missed some reps. Did 20 mins of waist and 10 mins butt workout.
    Day 4: why did i even assume it would be easier. It was hell to my arms. Did with pauses. Did 12 mins of arm + 5 moves triceps workout.

    Doing this as the last workout for September 10, 2020 and I was losing it at the tricep dips cause the previous workout had tricep pulses 🤧 and then there were up up downs downs AND I JUST YELLED “that’s it I’m doing the modifications!!!” But I kept pushing and did everything 😭 and it felt so good finishing it 😭 my arms are like jelly but I felt strong after 😭💪🏼 THANK YOU CASSEY FOR MOTIVATION 🥺💛

    Just turned 51 and was feeling so embarrased by how untoned my arms were (especially since I’m relatively slim everywhere else) and I found you through a search. Been doing all sorts of your toned arm workouts (and some abs) and I have to thank you. 5-10 minutes, right in my apt., with no weights is something I can commit to and I’ve seen results. THANK YOU!

    I knew about this channel for a while now, but I only recently got myself to actually do the workouts here. But I was dreading this one, because my arms are not very strong right now. I was dying. Anyone got any tips for my arms? Also, it feels like she can see me. "abs up please" (nooo don't kill me even more I'm already dead). Despite that, I love this channel so much! She's so positive and I believe she can cheer anyone on doing anything. I imagine here outside my grocery store shouting at me: You got this! Lift those groceries high and down and up

    Love how at 30 seconds left we start pulsing. It adds a whole new level of intensity and makes things extra fun!! I also enjoyed the playlist-the song that came on when we started doing cobra push-ups made me feel all smooth and graceful just like a snake lol.

    I worked out at home (watching CZcams) everyday almost 2 years ago and even though Casey has always encouraged body positivity and staying healthy and strong, I think I became too obsessed with weight loss and I ended up cutting back calories (eating about 700-800 a day) I became underweight and tired. My bf and family were concerned. I stopped working out (I was too physically exhausted at that point). Slowly I started gaining weight again. Now I am slightly overweight, and I feel pretty good about my body. I started working out with Casey again and my focus now is on health, fitness and strength. I love you, Casey. You have no idea how much your words of encouragement and love have helped me during my times of struggle and recovery.

      I had to stop exercising bc of my school. I basicly had no time for this. But now we're in break for 2 weeks so I decided to workout everyday! Gabriella Whited is good for light exercise bc her workouts is really short but effective. Maybe you can just start with yoga or stretching. I broke my legs last year and that was what I did 🤷🏼‍♀️

    Casey!! Could you please do a gentle workouts series that people who have chronic pain or instable joints are able to do? I absolutely love your videos but I'm not able to do some of the more intense movements you do (ie: up up down downs, pushups, squats, etc...) because they put too much stress on my joints. I know you're probably really busy, but I believe there are plenty of people out there who would really appreciate this! 😉💗💗💗

    Before I do this workout I just need to say how AMAZING you look Casey!!!! I think you've always looked great and healthy but from watching I can tell you are so much more comfortable and happy with your body after your 90 day thing. I am a healthy looking but on the larger side, I've always wanted to look FIT so am trying to get there now and seeing the change in you is inspiring. Thank you

    May 21st, 2020 officially hate tricep pulses... it's like toning arm challenge video one more time... but here we hv to keep it for 1.5 min... Crazy crazy crazy... feel surprisingly weak and unable to finish it ... had to take breaks 🤧🤧🤧 before was ok with it though.... so sad 😭

    Did this workout for the 1st time last month.Sticking to the calender does really pay off.I am so much stronger nw💃💃👊👊
