    I've been doing these everyday since you posted the video, and for the first time in almost a year, my abs got sore again!

    Everyone, i suggest doing this over isolation! This is fun and active and while we are bored and at home, this is perfect! Please try this, i ve been doing this for a month now and im beginning to see effects. It is worth it

    I'm doing the April 2020 Calendar, I've been loving it so far but this video is the one where I just had to stop halfway. I'm still going to do the next video and the rest of the calendar but omg, this was just too much for me. Abs are clearly my problem area! lol

    Day 8 of the May calendar and it kills me having to do other videos after doing the waist whittler and beautiful abs videos but I am just so excited to be done with abs and move on to the next section.. I miss working on different parts of the body every day. I am starting to dread having to do the same videos every day and I miss having a rest day where I get to just focus on stretching and flexibility!

      Trust me that doesn't mean you're out of shape I'm very active and I still had to just stop and lay on the floor multiple times during this workout. It's really hard and it's okay if you need a little break!

    how do you do the crunches/holds without straining your neck? like how do you make sure it's relaxed

      Dani Janus I do most crunches/holds required for abdominal exercises while using one hand to support my neck (i.e no matter where my hands or arms are “supposed” to be, I’m usually using one hand to support my neck while the opposite hand/arm is in the “correct” position). This variation is impossible in the eagle arms/eagle legs exercise Cassie did here, so in that case I simply tucked my chin to my chest as much as possible (that always helps) and kinda screamed in agony.

      If you place a fist underneath your chin that will encourage correct alignment

      This is really late but try to focus less on moving up and down and more on contracting your abs. Like Cassie said, "if little movements are all you can do that's fine". Proper form is always most important because it both prevents injury and is actually more effective. You're straining your neck because you're not engaging properly and trying to make the motion with other muscle groups. There will still be a little pressure but your hands are there to support your neck not make it crane more.
      For example, most people do push ups with egregious form because they're only concerned with going all the way down and trying to do as many as possible. Most of these same people can't do a push up with correct form or can only do a few. So don't be so concerned with your range of motion, it will improve if you just take care of your form :)

    CasseyI did this workout yesterday, and... Gosh... My abs are painfull. I'll be very onest, when you asked to go fast in criss cross abs, i still went slow to mantain my form, and when you did flutters, i did it the easier way... but that was KILLER... Ah, while i'm here, you are really amazing and awesome and really really inspiring, and extra intelligent, and cool ❤

    I love that this is an ab workout without a lot of hands-under-the-shoulder plank variations (mountain climbers, rolling plans, plank jacks, etcs). I'm recovering from a shoulder/back injury and can do these without putting excess strain on my arm, even if I sometimes have to have variations (like keeping my head on the mat). Thank you Casey!

    I'd love to see a slow down of the roll over, somehow on the way back up I end up with this weird pose where I'm stuck with my legs in the air 😂. Guy next to me at the gym definitely looked concerned

    okay so I've been doing Chloe Tings "get abs in 2 WEEKS" challenge AND her hourglass program and I felt like it wasn't doing much 12 days in. So I listened to my sister and came to this channel and I feel like 12 minutes of this does way more than 26 days of 30-50 minutes of workouts. I recommend blogilates over Chloe any day, no hate or anything but I feel like 12 minutes of this is WAY better. Also Chloes music is kind of annoying and I'm glad Cassey talks us through it and explains how to do the workout. One more thing, during Chloes videos i don't really feel anything, but during this video, I felt everything! Thank you Cassey!!

    Alright, this one killed me haha in fact I didn't do the whole timing for each exercise, but I've tried my best and for today it wasn't enough..BUT I will improve! Thank you!!
