It would be good to prevent acne scarring, but Chinese herbs, diet, and nutrition would be best for acne

I think u can imagine gua sha like physio or treatments, its normally continuous act to maintain the benefits ❤ hope it helps
He's using it wrong. Your lymphs are to the side of your face (toward the ears), and then down the neck. Also while the technique does work, its meant to reduce puffiness in the morning. Its always meant to be done rougher, since your lymph build up is a viscose type.

Depending on what you're doing it for. You can promote sculpting of the face by doing upwards motions. If you're strictly doing it for lymphatic, then yes, towards the ears, and down the neck.
The face CANNOT be sculpted with a simple tool. That requires surgery. Common sense and science tells us that. The device is used for light drainage of the lymph build, that's it. Nothing more. Do the research. Don't @ me.
I thought he did go down the neck? It was upward motions for face and then downwards on neck?
