queston im going probly 4th deep well pump in 20 years my pump is in the house iv had i think in the beginning 2 1/2hp pumps then a sta-rite 3/4 and last year went to a Goulds SJ15 with 1hp smith motor all double nose pumps was sapost to be rebuilt think i had it 8 months most any ways sapost to be set up vertically but just put in same way as all my other pumps horizontal iv had now i have high water pressure until pumps turns on and im not loosing presser when pump is off my guess the seals in the pump or something mest up with the Impeller im pretty sure its dripping under the pump i orderd a rebuild kit hope thats the problem becus i could of got a 2hp sta-rite msg-6 looks like a 3 stage just rebuilt for the same price as the golds pump rebuild kit anywase it looses presser so bad when pump kicks on you can only use 1 sink if you use 2 or even turn on hot and cold at the same time punp will loose prime then i gotta shut water primp pump 1 time pumps right up then turn water back on until next time

How come my shallow well jet pump short cycles every once in awhile sometimes I won't lose water pressure for weeks than all of a sudden I lose water pressure multiple times a day my pressure tank seems to be fine it's staying at 38 psi

We stopped a well driller in the middle of our project when we found the defoaming agent he was using was poisonous to fish. He was blowing his waste into our fish pond.
Now we can't find a driller who can start for months. So frustrating.

Hi, im not sure if you could answer my question, but im going to throw this out there. 🫣 I am having serious well problems and idk why....so if I do laundry and shower the water stops in the shower...like lines go dry then it kick on and all this black water comes out...we just changed the filter last week.
Any ideas about what it could be?
