I think a storm wind is pretty dangerous. As others have said, you usually don't want to cast a Thordan if you have just gotten his effect off already. Obviously that's powerful, but hitting a chocobo, Choco/mog, Alexander ex, and then leaving 1cp to cast it and getting double effects is pretty nutty. Not sure if we'll get some high ex storm lists, but that's where I am thinking.
I think outside of Choco/Mog or *maybe* Jote, I don’t think it’s nearly as high impact for a storm deck. The extra cp cost really adds up and wind doesn’t have a lot of good backup engines running a large quantity of bursts.
One big card to hit off Lunafreya that you didn't mention is Clarus. If you're in a 4c pile and mull into 0 backups, play this and hit clarus, you search edgar and then have all 4 wol colors. And a 7k cuz why not.
I think the thing to consider on Remora/Thordan/Tyro off of Lunafreya is "do I still need to cast them?". In many ways, we don't want to have to cast those due to their high cost. We give up our tempo to curate our hand with our best card with Thordan/Tyro. Now, there is a real possibility in many games where we get both the curated search and DON"T have to play the card. We can simply pitch it for other plays. This card is tailor made for Ea/Wa Chark at present as it runs both, has a decent EX count, and is one deck that really can't stand not seeing its combo pieces. This solves most of those problems in a single card. My issue with Lunafreya is that it exists, it is that its LB should LB - 5. You can one extra "mulligan" per game guaranteed, plus a LB - 1. But being able to do this twice is rough.
I feel like realistically, you probably Lunafreya once and Tidus once. Not that it’s not insane and there’s an argument for 2 Lunafreya + 1 Leela/Leo still or 2 Leo + Tidus. I feel like the biggest thing is she’s going to feel very, very sack-y which is going to be frustrating when she does high roll Tyro or Thordan.
@@GhoulSRL I think i feel different because I am using this twice per game even if it didn't have the EX text. This is basically O5 4CP Porom but digs 2 deeper and is always on demand. I would definitely play 4CP Porom more often if I always had access to it
@@GhoulSRL Is it really sacky when you have 3 tyros or 2 to 3 thordan's in a 50 card deck? I love the LB mechanic, but this one does have me a little worried.
If you go 9 Lunafreya “bombs” (Thordan, Tyro, Clarus) her hit rate on them is about 65%. That’s not that consistent given the power disparity of add a revealed card and add a revealed card + an extremely powerful search.

Even worse if you consider than double casting Clarus lets you get 2 Edgar and color fix if you already have Tycoon..crazy card

She's probably going to read better than she plays... Default game will still be Tidus and two Leos.
