Ben ! This is rare raw and such good content. I was literally having a conversation with a fellow Christian about how God can change peoples hearts but they need to be willing to change and put in the work, she disagreed. But you always validate my beliefs and feelings. And speak Truth coming straight from Gods word. Thank you for your content. Always putting out new information many other narcissism pages don’t even touch on. Thank you :)

I would also say that maybe Nebuchadnezzar was a narcissist. He had a lot of pride. He had to go through some stuff but God got through to him.

This goes to how just how deep the Bible is. All of this drawn from the one chapter book, Jude, which is just before Revelation (Apocalypse). I'm sure the DSM-5 and other psychological profiles have been drawn from Scripture and the characters within, although a secular society is loathe to admit it.
God bless, Ben. Thank you for being humble and open about your struggle, losses and victories. May God continue to lead you into all truth by His grace.

I’m at work and listening to your videos. I don’t know why this one came up but it did. I really do appreciate you sharing this. It is a confirmation for me and what I believed. I’m going to look it all up when I leave here tonight.
You’re not just reaching people going through stuff like this but you’re reaching the ones dealing with the religious and faith-based aspect of it, and that’s really a lot. That includes me. Thank you.

Very real and excellent content! I do believe narcissists can be oppressed by demonic influence for they are agreeing with the opposite Spirit of God and God gives us total free will. They do know what is right and wrong and make the choice to do what is wrong for their own selfish desires. Jezebel and Ahab were both narcissists.
    Thank you Ben!

So true. My ex narcissist and most of his family are so called “Christians” and prop themselves up proudly in the Christian community His brother is a pastor. HAHAHA. All into porn. Gawking at other women. Arrogant. Proud. It’s such a joke. I didn’t want to see it for years until I couldn’t take the gas lighting and service to him and then the arrogance and pride. Many many years of my life wasted So maddening. Thank you for bringing this out. We need much more of it. Especially in Christian circles people need to be called out.

So true: rejection of legitimate authority. Lol.
The narcissist I know always says "authority bucket", and everyone who accidentally or rightfully stepped into the "authority bucket" was doomed, it was like a valid invitation for him to go on war and "get them off their high horse".

Fantastic word Ben! I love that you are a Christian and speaking out about this. You are absolutely right in your assessment of the Christian community’s response to this topic. They just don’t see it for what it is. Or worse, they think narcissism is some demon you can simply cast out rather than an actual personality disorder that you must “crucify” every day in order to grow in sanctification. We are ALL broken in some way with trauma and faulty defense mechanisms and yet we are all called to crucify that part of us that rebels against God. For me, the Biblical character that most personifies narcissism is Nebuchadnezzar. Look what he demanded of his people... complete obedience and worship. Look what it took to humble him... 7 years living as a literal animal. This is not an easy condition to deal with and I commend you for all that you are doing to be sanctified in your own life and bring awareness to others. .

Excellent video! My brother and I have discussed narcissism and his view is that we are all sinners so we all exhibit some narcissistic traits. He doesn't see that those traits can actually become severe enough that they become an actual personality disorder. I'm going to share your video with him which explains it better than I can. Thanks so much for sharing your story through a biblical lens.

Agree. And look deeper into the story of Jacob and Esau. I was led to that story recently and it jumped out at me that they had a narcissistic mother who manipulated Jacob and thus, he turned into a liar and manipulator. Not to mention King Saul. Lots of stories in scripture showing narc behavior.

Good one. This is a great description of a Toxic Narcissist. I'd love to hear about the flipside however. Since you identify as a Narcissist like me(pardon me if I am wrong about that), what things do you change about how you interact with others, to at least be less abusive if not even become a valuable member of society. Thanks in advance.

  • @rebeccaroyle9208

I feel as though narcissism is actually quite self-destructive. God does mention narcissism in the bible. Mostly it’s a warning to others effected by it. God gives free will so he isn’t going to force change on someone who isn’t engaging. It’s a form of self delusion really that causes a person to rationalise there behaviour to avoid dealing with difficult emotions. Taking accountability for how they’ve made another person feel.

Great video. Makes me want to go back and read Jude. Grateful God is doing such a good work in and through you. I agree 100% that the body of Christ needs to have a greater understanding of narcissism given that so many believers and church leaders have NPD. I pray that God continues to do what it takes to open the eyes of people’s hearts and lead people to repentance. With God all things are possible... look at Nebuchadnezzar 🙏

  • @alphaomegaambassador4978

What you need is Deliverance I'm a Deliverance worker for the past 12 years and every single one of these characteristics inside of a narcissist is in the Bible and just needs to be cast out it's that simple it's really simple don't dismiss it help cast it out I say that with major love major major major love thank you sir for bringing this and bringing up the Bible cuz you know what it is literally in the Bible it's in the amplified I can't think of which scripture it is but I was thinking about it today and the actual word in there in brackets is narcissist I was like wow this is awesome meaning it says the characteristics from trauma fear religious spirits pride ego it there's a there's a list and when you can get the person to confess and renounce those particular characteristics then you can cast the demons out it's so easy trust me it's easy

No the bible is perfectly right. It IS demonic and utterly a battle between good and evil. This level of evil isnt of man but of fallen angel.
