The English education has been continuously producing clerks and stenographers for most period of British rule with a few exceptions of some good engineers, doctors, scientists and educationists. We have totally forgotten our own profoundly available knowledge of ancient wisdom which were secretly taken away from our country without our own knowledge. You are making a priceless contribution which will ultimately make the future youths of India to walk the earth with their heads held high. Pranams.
We people have developed the anxiety to educate us in a convent environment rather than in a holistic approach.
U r right Sir. British did for their own greed. But when question to our first PM Nehru - he said whatever there before Mughal is all Blind faith/superstition, have no science in it. So, he defined a narration - Mughal period as modern, culture, traditions, architecture development, etc and British & after British - he said it is all Science with Scientific Temperament. So, discard all that which belongs to Hindus as superstitious things.
So, we got busy into producing more clerks even today who are more keen in getting jobs and those who are highly intelligent & qualified took off from country to settle in Western world to do same job there & ruling big Corporates/MNC's.

By means of one born as Indian does not automatically mean our grandfathers or even our conscience has the wide knowledge of an it texts or has to do with any of my own works so claiming it ours is tricky unless we are universally accepting it as our =human

No, it is the other way around. Modern science is mechanically discovering a part of what's stated in the upanishads. Remember, biology looks at only the material aspect of life. Jivatma is far more complex, with many layers and many levels of consciousness. Think again.
Read Sanatana dharma Vedas, you will know quantum physics also. It is actually other way round. Studying Vedas we could find more advancements in modern science.

Every Galli , Colony should have Temples with Gurukulas system of education , organize proper daily prayers
a) Hindus become more educated, aware about our sacred scriptures, yogic culture and tradition and ongoing development in Sanatana Dharma etc.
b) World will recognize importance of Sanatana Dharma.
c) This will bring unity and strength in the Hindus.
d) Anti national, anti Hindus will definitely think once before abusing, insulting, raping or trying to kill Hindus as we are united and strong.
e) This structure (hierarchy structure from top to down i.e. Delhi to every Galli of Village and City) will help in all aspects like managing businesses, employment, jobs, nation building, development of society and prosperity of Hinduism.
f) Political transformation can also be possible by this hierarchical structure. You have choice to select appropriate person.
g) Restrict Conversion of Hindus to other religion
h) Stoppage of all kinds Jihads and Jihadi mindset towards Hindus and India.
i) Promote Satvik Hindu food (Jhatka in case of non vegetarian) and stops eating and promoting Halal certification food and products as peaceful community spit in the kafirs (non Muslim) food
j) Beginning of Gurukula system of education.
k) Stoppage of Westernistion of culture
l) Encourage for Make In India.
m) Encourage for Swadeshi Movement and Aatmanibhar Bharat.
n) Economical development of Hindus, by guiding them for small scale and large scale businesses , guidance to farmers etc
o) Protect our historic places and monuments, heritage places.
p) Recerate our lost glory of culture, arts and many more.
q) Promoting various sports and games
r) Provide teaching on music dance, art etc.
r) Provide teaching on yoga , meditation and self defense like judo , boxing and karate etc
s) There are Vyayamshala (traditional gyms) in every Galli of Village Colony which generally situated near Hanuman mandir or inside the Hanuman mandir but now a days lack of Youngsters attraction, these are required to be upgraded with modern gym , can be possible through temples donations.
r) Financially help poor students for higher education through temples donations
s) Marriages, collective Marriages and other traditional functions can conducted in temples as done in vedic times.
t) Help handicapped, physically challenged , orphan children and people through temples donations by giving them various facilities.
s) Help, assist and guide to poors through temple administration for getting oldage pension, student for scholarship, ration card, voting card, aadhar card, agreeculture subsidies.
t) Earlier Temples with Gurukulas, the place where small business, farmers sale their farm products, milk, ghee, curd, condiments, pulses and other necessary Commodities.
u) Help unemployed youth and people to set up small scale businesses through temples donations.
v) Need temples to be categorized according to one which are tourists attraction and other which are for Gurukula system of education.
w) Help and guide farmers in providing agreeculture education , minimize farmer suicide
x) Every Hindu should work towards include Gurukula system of education in every Temple of our village , society
y) All Hindus to donate their 2% of their monthly income as possible for Sanatana dharma cause and those working for prosperity of Hinduism as other religion people do
Temples will be an alternative place instead of government authority like police, courts and government administrative authorities etc for Hindus to solve disputes and problems in a sacred place in front of diety in the temples, instead of approaching court etc, proper justice can be given, guidance on various issues to students, youngsters, elderly people, this will ensures safety and security to Hindus as this will enhance harmony in Hindus to getting help during trouble

The tendencies that we have to overcome or let go off are downloaded or in other words got clarity on and the baby in the womb seeks liberation from those tendencies thereby ending the cycles of birth and death. The concept that the fetus unites with the jiva(soul) in 7th month may be depicting the fact that fetus normally doesn't survive if born before 7th month of pregnancy.
Yes, they were speaking from miscarriage issues from back in the day. Even today 7th month is a cut off, but may change with medical sciences. Infact the word was never vigyan, but vidya. Which means 'to study', not to conclude.
Jiva is not equal to soul

jiva is the acence of life which i want to put in the karmas will start to imprint into the body in 7th month
It can also mean that the baby is now ready to Be born . As all the necessary features needed to survive are now completely developed . It will now start to respond to the external stimulus... brain has now actively taken control of all the body parts now ... the consciousness and control has started to crawl in to baby

I have never heard this before! Thanks for making this. Couple of suggestions. 1. Instead of saying ' ...this is wrong as science says now... , can we just say this aspect differs from current day science? Also, we know science keep correcting itself over time. Also, in intro, it would be good to give the summary in terms of how big is the Upanishad... # of verses etc., Thanks again !
Mother provides X chromosome which she has gotten either from her mother or her father's mother. Father can provide Y chromosome that he has gotten from his father or X chromosome that he has gotten from his mother. Girl is born when the two X chromosomes from the three possible sources (all mothers/women are present). Boy is born when Father's part replaces one of the mother's contribution. In other situations e.g. XXY or XYY there is a different balance of resulting hormones leading to a variation of male or female gender. So, if translated appropriately - it is not incorrect. Biology has considerably advanced since then but their are aspects of Garbha Upanishad that have stayed unexplored and must be looked into. That will be done by those like us - so thanks Project Shivoham for the videos you make. They are very concise, informative and well made.

To my understanding, when u mention about predominant purusha and stree retas components resulting in male or frmale foetus respectively @16:36.
For todays understanding, it can open a new perspective.
Bcz.... XYis the male chromosome
While XX is female chromosome.
Hence, what determines a male... Is Y and what determines a female is X.
A male, can get this X component only from his mother and never from his father.
So, when it says "matuH reto.. Stree bhavati". Its right in every sense.....( you mentioned its wrong). That means when the female component is in excess or predominant a girlchild is born.
So when matuH component is mentioned, its not "from mother". It is "from, what determines a female".i. E is the X component.
Its very much in line with todays scientific advancements as well.

Ayurveda related texts specially the बृहत्त्रयी i. E. चरक संहिता, सुश्रुत संहिता and अष्टाङ्ग संग्रह (&अष्टाङ्ग हृदय ) explain the same in detail. In addition Ayurveda has therapies to undergo, to prevent the risk of possible congenital diseases as well. For detail information, I urge couples planning for pregnancy to consult a Ayurveda vaidya near your area.

I saw same process in Discovery Channel in 2001 where how the child is born from a sex between couple, than process of forming Fetus, growth of fetus to child and till birth. It was completely shown in detail.
One of the beautiful process - a child birth. Till Science yet to prove how soul gets into body and where does it goes after death.
But we made all these thousands of years before modern science evolved.
May I share the thought: During the interconnecting natural joy of fusion of 2 being which is full of love, respect, invention and care there are many billion sperm entities swimming /racing to the Single egg in the uterus. In this process there is only one sperm reach the egg's wall (sometime more than one). At that nick of time the great force of union, rejection and fusion create a lightning strike of bright energy occur in ultra nano seconds (similar to light of the atomic fusion in the collider) . Billion karmic energies waiting in tune with the fusion of matter -egg and sperm. Only one karmic energy has the chance to join in the matter fusion of 2 beings. A new being is created which carries the karmic energy of 2 beings, of the karmic energy of family heritage, of the social collective karma and also of the universe. So Creation is the wonderful mystery process of the universe to fulfill the karmic mission of the new Being.
It makes me happy to find this video, to realise that civilization on the Indian subcontinent, like many other ancient civilizations, flourished so much. There's a growing conciousness in the recent years regarding rediscovering our glorious past, urging more and more people to not be blinded by the truth shown to us by Western achievements (which, colonies like India are prone to) and look at our past unbiasedly. I would like to highlight the fact that this is how History is. Its trajectory is very unpredictable and random. Who knows, that students in Nalanda University or the likes, in ancient or Middle Ages DID read and know about scriptures like the Garbha Upanishad! With the tide of time, the glorious past got washed away. Invasions and colonization happened- all the glorious achievements got buried in the battlefields. In a bid to rise from the period of misery, people on the same land of India were now moulded to look at things from the colonizer's point of view. These colonizers were the Europeans who were coming out of *their* Dark Ages and discovering things that they didn't know had already been known to the ancestors of people they had colonized. Naturally, they happened to progress with their advancements, and claim that it was their responsibility to spread civilization to the 'uncivilized' parts of the world (a philosophy that strengthened the idea of colonization). For a couple of centuries, this remained the norm, the mainstay of the line of thought for the intelligentsia, after which, now, things are changing again. Therefore, the whims of *History* are more to blame than 'we', for pushing our glorious past into oblivion.

No, there are different Vedas and each topic is a mix of observation, situation, ritual, belief and prescription. Rituals and prescriptions are full of superstitions. Situations and observations were comparatively realistic.

Sanskrit should be included in curriculum from mid school onwards. Studing Sanskrit in 10+2 is not enough. Pvt and govt should take initiative.

In one regression experiment in the hypnotic session, the person in hypnotic sleep was taken back to the time when he was in the womb & to the question : How are you feeling? His answer was : "Warm & comfortable"!!!

I wonder how they envisioned the developments.
Few comments.
All the observations on the fetal development were about external morphology at different time period, this explains the thorough research by a series of autopsies on the still born or dead fetuses done at various intervals.
And about the 7th month.
The auspicious thing about 7th month of gestation is the fetus become viable for delivery. That means if the fetus is prematurely delivered at 7 months or after, the chances of the baby to survive are much higher than if it was before 7 months.
This happens because of the maturity of the lungs, capability of breathing (jiva/soul)
Hence this landmark is celebrated as
"SRIMANTAM" or "Godhbharai".
And about the sex determination.
Don't know if what I am speculating is true.
It is happening on the basis of external genetilia and it sometimes can be very difficult to identify if the baby was delivered early..

One more surprising thing - that people by looking at women womb can predict that she going to bore boy or girl. And it comes very perfect.
I know a man who by looking at boy, said that your wife going to give birth to boy and it came true.
Still no need of any modern science, our people are very much capable of it in natural mean.
Great work- thank you. I would agree science has caught-up or ahead of Upanishads. However, the Vedic spiritual science is still unknown/not understood by current scientific society. It will take centuries to makes sense of spiritual context, which our great Rishi’s have achieved.

16:59 what Maharshi meant is if X is dominant then a girl is born that is two x chromosomes make a girl and if Y that is a male chromosome is dominant XY then boy is born. If one or both XY is mutated then gender of the baby cannot be determined. Here "reto" meant chromosome

When the entire concept is so clearly explained and scientifically correct, I think explanation for gender formation may also be correct.
Point No.2 - It is definitely related to the X or the Y chromosomes, but I guess it should be something related to Vaata, Pitta & Khapha body condition of the woman / acidic, basic or neutral condition of the yoni which may destroy the Y chromosome or hinders the movement of Y chromosome. (Just my thought process)
One can't rule out the science our great Maharishi's have cause we don't know which tools they used to draw conclusions.
Garbha Upanishad is one such script, there a millions undiscovered.

Scientifically also there are two types of sperms with sex chromosome
X i.e mother semen
And
Y i.e father semen
When X meet egg it for girl
When y meet egg it for boy
Than how this upnishad is incorrect
In science, we have X from mother has no role in gender of baby. Typically, human females have two X chromosomes while males possess an XY pairing. This XY sex-determination system is found in most mammals as well as some reptiles and plants. Whether a person has XX or XY chromosomes is determined when a sperm fertilizes an egg

Lovely video and informative, I would've forwarded this to many 1000s of my friends and community and they would've benefited greatly, however due to you stating that the sex of baby due to x and y is wrong in the Upanishad I will not do so. You may say, that 'in my opinion this is not proven in modern science' however to say outright that the Upanishad is incorrect shows lack of humility on you part, as that is your opinion and understanding, but not the fault of the Upanishad. This has been explored fully that an abundance of one or other type of chromosome will influence the gender of the baby, even modern science is staying that. Please edit the video and it contains fantastic information and would love to forward it to many others. Many thanks and this does not take away from how brilliant your Channel is and how much fantastic and important information you are sharing with others.

Great effort and explanation! With reference to the slide at 13:25, there is a joke/abuse in Telugu that is frequently used in movies. A person is called నెల తక్కువ వెధవ! (born a month early). Most people nowadays take it in the sense that someone was born through a pre-marital relationship and that is in the sense of abuse. Yet, because this was also used in the older movies, even in the B&W era, I now see that they knew that perception and cognition is fully developed only in the 9th month and use it to mean that someone is a fool or dimwit. So, thank you for bringing this to us. But, unfortunately, a few typo errors are creeping in, in some of your recent videos (example here, mouse for mouth). Please get proof reading of your slides done. If you need volunteers, I can try to support.

One concern with the video: Condition for determining gender of the baby empahtically stated as "wrong" in the Upanishad without any proof whatsoever. Just because it does not match the current scientific criteria does not mean it is wrong. They are two different frameworks and direct comparision is inappropriate. Upanishads are shrutis and true to the last word!

With regards to the gender identity I wonder if it is related to the topic of gender and sex. Here we are assuming that the Upanishad is talked about the sex of the baby (which is biological) whereas it could be talking about the gender which is more perhaps self defined?
I’m not fully versed in this topic but know just enough to mention this line of thought and that the difference between sex and gender would be an interesting lens to view this knowledge by.
17:28 it's totally scientific ,our ancestors very well known about y chromosome , and x chromosome ,even their specific mutation ( haplogroup ) that's why they talk about gotra( leanage from haplogroups ) , ( the sage trying to say domination of y chromosome male born , dominated of x female born )
