Adversity has really hit me in the back end of 2023. I’m absolutely dedicated to becoming the best version of myself even through all of the adversity.

Ryan, this was so valuable. We have to be responsible for what happens to us in our lives. We can’t say to the world, look, if I only had more money, I would be able to do this, and so on.
Don’t rely on external factors or people to give you what you need. Man up, go out there and find what you need, find what you can do, whether it’s in yourself or not.
Show to the world that you are not a weak, withering, wilted flower. 👊🏻
Im an emergency dispatcher, and my job is literally keeping a cool head and making the right decisions while someone is experiencing possible the worst moments of their life. Its one thing to keep a cool head while its someone else's emergency, but another when its even a little thing in your own. Something i learned probably 20 years ago from the guy who trained me, is that no call lasts forever. No matter what it is, eventually the situation will be over and you can take a minute to breathe and calm down. Thats something i have remembered since then, through many difficult times especially since mid 2019. If youre going through hell, just remember it cant last forever. Figure out how you can make the situation better and dont stop trying until it gets resolved.

Hey man ..thanks for showing strength and solidarity in your hardship. I appreciate your willingness to put forth personal adversities and sharing your own personal perspectives on it. You opened my mind with the simple statement you made about "If you want a thriving marriage, do what people in thriving marriage do"...I'm almost dumb founded on how simple you just made that for me and gave me a new perspective on my marriage of 12+ years.
Saying 'adversity is an opportunity' speaks very deeply to me. I almost lost my gf to the man i knew i didnt want to be (emasculated man with no future goals) and she gave me another chance and i saw it as an opportunity to become the man she wants to see me become and that she knows i can become.
This is coming at the perfect time. Thank you.

Energy is transformed
Aug 2023 -present so far has been the worst time period of my life this far in my 33 years, I’m having to have my ankle completely reconstructed from an injury, im on unpaid leave because of my injury. My girlfriend just found out today she has to move 3 hours away because of her job. To go with it I totaled my truck out 2 weeks ago hitting a deer, starting to feel like I can’t control anything right now. Makes me feel smaller and smaller each day, less of a man, before this I was a fit and confident man, a good career as a firefighter and a smart beautiful girlfriend but it feels like everything a had is caving in, financially I was sound, physically I was fit, and was calm and cool headed, now I have no clue who I am.

Some might say if you can't beat them join them. . . Well ask yourself where is this going what will be the being to do the work? When this is over. One day it will be over for every one of us. My prayers are that we will all build up and not tear down that which is good.. . Sunshine is real and sunshine happens. . . It's a beautiful thing and if you haven't seen it in a while. It might be overwhelming. Sometimes the wind blows and it makes noise. We have all been through it to some degree. Getting it. Beautiful T Ts. You can't polish shit unless it comes from the lab. And you don't want to be where those gyms are being made. They are where they are. Maybe they don't want to bring you down. Maybe they want you to be strong and humble. What child can deal with such adversaries if they have no where to rest, recover and learn. Anyone can be self distructed under the right circumstances. . . Don't be the one to lut another over the edge. The cream of the group reaches for the light and we have cool shaded forest. Sometimes all you need to do is open the curtains and look what we have been given
If you can't carry it. . . You will not be burdened with it. Sharks circle the water and the scent of a usable life force is reachable. . . It can't be bought nor sold. . . There is no hocus-pocus. . . It takes time and effort to know your limitations. . . Your limitations are in a sliding scale in that they will change. . . Don't be upset. One door opens another closes. . . Keep all your options together you might be in partnership with the one your employees or employer is heading to. . . None of us are perfect fathers none of us had perfect fathers. . . Where there is hope there is life. May we have faith in Our Perfect Creator who made us the way we are. We all go into a lizard brain state from time to time. . . The AI programs are doing that. Now if you know someone is getting the defence contract make sure they are not using their daggers to drive the nails. Tools are tools, my grandmother said, good things that she was taught. Like some of the things you are saying. There is never any pain greater than seeing the one you love destruction and don't we all create that destruction for ourselves when we cheat the one we love and care for by destroying ourselves? What if?

When I had my diagnosis of Chrone disease I was already at my rock bottom. I was so angry and punched my walls and throwing stuff many times. I wanted to end my life but kept fighting. Today I’m at a better place but punching those walls probably saved my life.
