Finding out about russell being abusive takes me back to that one episode where Taylor is speaking at the crisis convention about domestic abuse and how it was in her life because of her dad who was abusive to her mom. Those tears up there weren't just because of her moms abuse. It was her own as well. The abuse she was living with her husband. And I kinda noticed during her speech in that ep that russell didn't look supportive and like he felt bad for her. It's just crazy looking back on that episode. I feel so bad for her. But I get it. What she said about agreeing to do a reality show and how if she's in front of the cameras he's not gonna act out. Makes sense. My heart breaks for her. I kid you not, NOBODY on the outside would and could ever have believed what Dad was really like. To everyone on the outside he was hands down one of the coolest dudes. People dont want to realize the reality of their friends/or family members, what monsters they truly can be behind the closed doors.
I am a suicide survivor too. My ex choked me almost to death and then did it on train tracks down street from where I live. I’m 51. Happened 30 years ago. I wasn’t there but saw aftermath. It was horrific. I can’t believe anyone can blame Taylor. This sister is disgusting to shift blame on the real victim here. This happens more than most know. And women like me will never be the same, but will be judged til the end of our lives. It’s literally a daily struggle to deal with. I watched this show. I’m rewatching it now on Pluto. I Lived 8 years in a physically and verbally abusive relationship and I can't talk about it even today, 13 years Later, without getting emotional. She didn't have a shred of emotion. I can get emotional about abuse I’ve suffered from a partner (a tumultuous four year relationship) as well as other unrelated assaults/trauma, but only because I’ve been through so much therapy. Sometimes (often) many of us suppress painful emotions (maybe even coping with substance abuse or eating disorders) just to get through the day. To me her presentation is actually a very common way that I’ve seen other battered women present. It may not be how everyone responds to abuse, but it is the way a lot of people do. Again, I’m so sorry for your pain and hope you are doing better today! And if you’re in a new relationship I hope your partner treats you with tremendous love!

Taylor i went through the same abuse with my ex fiance, he was ready to kill me, but i became smart and came up with A strategy the night he was contemplating to kill me, i can see it in his eyes, body language that he did not know what to do.l he broke my ribs, gave me to black eyes and he had no idea how he could take me home looking this way. as my parents would know since i was so young and he was much older, luckily my grandmother was in the hospital and she would never leave her side, my dad would never wait up for me because he would fall asleep as he worked in construction. so i came up with a plan and it's to long to write, but i used reverse psycology on him and it saved my life. every event that night saved me and i was smart enough to eliviate him thinking they would see me that way. well it worked. i am so greatful. he got locked up(i went to the police) because he held me against my will at his home and i left the bastard. there's alot more to tell but i just want women to know that no matter how many times and how many sorry's they say, it will continue, God forbid you die at there hands. so leave, leave now!!! they will not change.

I believe Taylor, I do not believe Erika one bit though, everything she says it's a lie. I think I can judge character very well. I loved the "meth" shade to Russell's sister. You can tell just by looking at that woman's face that she is a drug addict. I miss Taylor on the show. Taylor is a good woman, she is too good indeed, that she put up with an abusive relationship for so long. I hope she learned and won't let it happen again.

You can tell from the show she was genuinely trying to scream out for help and get real with the ladies abojt the abuse. And later on camera. Before it was decided for her. Heck.. even Camille said she felt Taylor sort of guided her into screaming it for the cameras. I think Taylor was seeking help through the cast and us, the viewers. Truly said… I watch back at the first couple of seasons with cringe. Remember when the camera showed Taylor and him walking into their house after leaving the party ?? Can’t help but wonder what he did to her afterwards. After the door shut . Alarming.

Well good to see that not all the RHOBH watchers think every single thing about Taylor is fake and false. I grew up in a severely abusive family. My dad would beat all of us and my my mom. I kid you not, NOBODY on the outside would and could ever have believed what Dad was really like. To everyone on the outside he was hands down one of the coolest dudes. People dont want to realize the reality of their friends/or family members, what monsters they truly can be behind the closed doors.
I am a suicide survivor too. My ex choked me almost to death and then did it on train tracks down street from where I live. I’m 51. Happened 30 years ago. I wasn’t there but saw aftermath. It was horrific.
I can’t believe anyone can blame Taylor. This sister is disgusting to shift blame on the real victim here. This happens more than most know. And women like me will never be the same, but will be judged til the end of our lives. It’s literally a daily struggle to deal with.
I watched this show. I’m rewatching it now on Pluto. It’s awful to see the other cast members not believe her. Taylor is obviously acting out and a victim in this show.

Yes, unfortunately. That stems from the low self-esteem and putting that person before yourself, regardless of how they act. I feel so sorry for Taylor and that she felt she had to protect Russell even after everything he did to her. I hope that she never goes through this again and can have a happy life.
I Lived 8 years in a physically and verbally abusive relationship and I can't talk about it even today, 13 years Later, without getting emotional. She didn't have a shred of emotion. It was Like rehearsed and cold. Very strange. And the fact was this body wasn't even cold before she put out a book... .yeah, not feeling right to me.

I can get emotional about abuse I’ve suffered from a partner (a tumultuous four year relationship) as well as other unrelated assaults/trauma, but only because I’ve been through so much therapy. Sometimes (often) many of us suppress painful emotions (maybe even coping with substance abuse or eating disorders) just to get through the day. To me her presentation is actually a very common way that I’ve seen other battered women present. It may not be how everyone responds to abuse, but it is the way a lot of people do. Again, I’m so sorry for your pain and hope you are doing better today! And if you’re in a new relationship I hope your partner treats you with tremendous love!

Taylor i went through the same abuse with my ex fiance, he was ready to kill me, but i became smart and came up with A strategy the night he was contemplating to kill me, i can see it in his eyes, body language that he did not know what to do.l he broke my ribs, gave me to black eyes and he had no idea how he could take me home looking this way. as my parents would know since i was so young and he was much older, luckily my grandmother was in the hospital and she would never leave her side, my dad would never wait up for me because he would fall asleep as he worked in construction. so i came up with a plan and it's to long to write, but i used reverse psycology on him and it saved my life. every event that night saved me and i was smart enough to eliviate him thinking they would see me that way. well it worked. i am so greatful. he got locked up(i went to the police) because he held me against my will at his home and i left the bastard. there's alot more to tell but i just want women to know that no matter how many times and how many sorry's they say, it will continue, God forbid you die at there hands. so leave, leave now!!! they will not change.
