I bought a big bag of creatine hcl. It promises better absorption but i dont believe it. What is your opinion/knowledge on this form of creatine?

So Creatine hcl started getting hyped up around 2007-2008 but unfortunately the science has never lived up to the hype. There’s nothing wrong with it but it’s not going to work any better than monohydrate.

It started getting hyped up around 2007-2008 and unfortunately in all that time since the science has never lived up to the hype. It’s been shown to be no more effective than monohydrate. It doesn’t mean it’s bad but it’s definitely not worth a premium price

No money invested in their brand and this was not sponsored content. They just make the purest product, plain and simple.
