    Additionally, it's so much easier to drink 30-60g of protein per day than forcing it down in an extra meal

    Hey james sir i agree wid u that most of the old school bodybuilders were only rely on whole foods instead of supplements and they too had a great physique ya protein shakes are convenient and helps when we dont eat enough protein all day, well my question is if a person do working out with just bodyweight exercise and bands suppose just banded push ups,pull ups (only bodyweight) and weighted squats (banded) and also he is eating just protein as per kg of his bodyweight so is it a bad idea or should he increase his protein intake as 1g per pound of bodyweight?

      Hey my friend. I wouldn’t call eating 1g/kg a bad idea, as you would be meeting basic protein requirements, but if you’re looking to maximize development then that’s when you would want to shoot for 1g/lb of BW. You can can even try something in the middle for awhile to see how you feel

      Yeah it shows 30g protein for everything he is highlighting. Look at top of screen

    Im not a huge morning eater so i usually drink a casein shake to start my morning
