The map that you jokingly called Fortnite is actually a map of Northern Brazil (right in the place where the Amazon River connects with the Atlantic Ocean a.k.a. the Amazon Delta), and this double-headed arrow is pointing to the two States of Amapá (above) and Pará (below), you can see what I'm talking about on a map of the Brazilian Federal Subjects.
This map is on this list because the State of Amapá is the only state in Brazil that isn't connected with any other state by road, if you want to get there, you'll have to take a boat or a plane. Obviously, this is because of the dangerous and dense Amazon rainforest, which prevents any road from being constructed there both safely and practically.
This is why this map is shown on this image. 😉
