This does work for using your cell phone as a hotspot. I had to use my iPad to enter everything just like the video states and when searching for your WiFi select the WiFi that is your cell phone from the list save and connect and restart the skybridge and it works.

Another video where the content doesn't match the title. This video isn't about connecting the SkyBridge to the phone's wifi hotspot, it's about connecting the SkyBridge hotspot to your home/office wifi by using a wifi-enabled smartphone.
Absolutely, I was excited that I was going to learn how to set up Skybridge with a phone WiFi Hotspot. So disappointed.
Just select the network you want to use.
