Can the hotspot be set for a static IP address?
The hotspot can be set to a statically Assigned IP in the home network configuration.
Drat my radio just will not talk to the hotspot at all plus it doesn't even listen in the dashboard

For some reason I can't get the cps to open
Have to use 1. the right cable. 2. install as admin and 3. set the right comport.
The website has apparently changed, the instructions that he gave do not work.
