Milescraft® Center Finder Overview

If you watched this video on the Milescraft CZcams channel and you said to yourself…man…that person has the voice of an angel. Well…..it’s me. I wasn’t going to post this on my channel BUT I wanted to direct potential companies to videos on my channel as opposed to other channels. So…that’s why I have posted it. Tool is ok…does what it’s supposed to do. Never had one before so I messed around with it some and honestly...I don’t know how much I'll use it but it’s nice to know it’s there if I'm in a pinch. Enjoy.

Milescraft is proud to introduce you to their CenterFinder. With imperial and metric options available…you’re sure to find a version to compliment your layout needs.
The Milescraft CenterFinder is also self-centering. This allows you to quickly and accurately mark the centerline along the face or edges of material that are less than an inch and a half thick.
Simply insert the included #2 pencil into the center hole, rotate the center finder so the guide posts contact your material…then slide the tool along your material scribing your line as you go.
For marking offsets use the CenterFinder on one of the flat sides, select your offset and use a pencil to either mark your desired offset or scribe your offset line.
Laying out lines for trim reveals can also be done with the CenterFinder.
In the imperial version offsets range from (1/16)” to (5/8)” in 10 (1/16th)” increments.
In the metric version offsets range from 1mm to 20mm, in 20 (1mm) increments.
The ABS plastic body is small enough to keep in your shop apron or in your pocket for quick retrieval during your project.
With the built-in magnet and pencil holder…storing the CenterFinder couldn’t be any easier.
