The best A1 mini training on yt about this. Please, go away. We are waiting for maintenance of our little, but big printer. Ps: my A1 mini has finally arrived! Going to start from you videos💻💪👍
Great job! I saw the beginning of the video and instantly googled to see if there's a gridfinity compatible version of this, since assumed you made a proprietary design.
Great video! Thanks for producing! Tip: Cheap heatgun will help with those strings! Just hit it for like 10-20 seconds, waving over like you're drying your hair, and they'll 'disappear'
Love the organization! I’d like to know how much did it cost to print the entire thing and how much PLA etc. did you use? I just purchased the A1 and I’m getting excited so I’m binge watching all things Bambu Lab.
Love it.. Just bought a A1 Mini myself. Have planned doing alot og Gridfinity. First i want to start in the office, then the kitchen and lastly the workshop down the basement. Are you planning dling gridfinity in the kitchen? Would love to see a vidoe of that. :)
I think best way to transform your cable storage is to throw most of it away. Took years for me to realize it, but most of the cables I simply just don't need and I rather let them be recycled.
Super useful and earned a sub from me! Did you find a bin generator that does that sparse design on the separator walls? Would love the link if so - or for any generators you care to share 🙂
Even though I have a personal rule of not subscribing to those that ask me to, your content is well done. Short and to the point. Keep it up. Subscribed.
@@jet_lea yup. Otherwise you become white noise. I pay close attention to those that ask. I will also tend to follow for those that hide it in the background and such. Keep up the good work.
I did not. I could find out the cost per bin and put it in the description so you can find your personalized cost depending on which bins and base you use!
@@jet_lea would be nice to have the weight of some of them (can calculate myself 😀). I find that printed storage often is more expensive than shop bought solutions 😞 I suppose I'm waiting for injection molded gridfinity bins 😀
great cable management! 👏😎
@@marsgizmo Wow thank you!
@@jet_lea keep on making the videos and don't stop, they are good and educational
@@marsgizmo Thank you so much!
The headshot for Zach is just a perfect tribute for him
I thought so as well 😂
I read this comment before I got to that point of the video and when I saw his picture, I literally laughed out loud. Thanks for the laugh.
my kids will inherit my box of cables!
and they’re gonna like it!
I was thinking once you have them organised so nicely you can just sell off the spare ones 😂
Loving it. Great use of Gridfinity! 👍👏
Glad you like it!
Great idea to store my spaghetti wires collection, and find them quickly. Thank you very much mate!
of course, It tamed my spaghetti very nicely!
You could add some labels to the boxes to show the type of the cable in each section
definitely want to do that in the future
This is exactly what I would use a 3D printer for. Some day!
This is what I love using my printer for!
Have a "like" sir. Video is short, concise, to the point, and super helpful.
Much appreciated!
I've been looking for a solution like this for sooo loong.. So excited to give it a go.
I hope you like it!
great timing. I was tackling this very issue today. AND I have the same drawers!
That’s perfect!
Really wanted to do this and didn’t know how but now I do great video and I wish you the best
Thank you! I was so tired of having drawers full of cables and not being able to find anything so this is perfect for me!

Great video. I started printing the organizers this morning on my A1 Mini. I subscribed. Keep up the practical content.
Thanks for checking it out!
Was just looking for something to do this with when this got recommended to me, designs look awesome I'll be giving them a go today!
Let me know how it works for you!
Love it, I’m CZcamsr and filmer, I have so many cables like you.. I need this 😅
@@MicBergsma Thank you! I find it extremely useful :)
Great job!
I love 3d printing for organization.
Me too!
Great job! I saw the beginning of the video and instantly googled to see if there's a gridfinity compatible version of this, since assumed you made a proprietary design.
I want everyone to be included, nothing proprietary here!
W Vid
Thank you!
Perfect timing, just a couple of days ago I was thinking I should do something with the rat’s nest that is my cable drawer.
It is extremely useful!
Great idea, going to do this now. I even have the same cabinet!
It’s like this video was made for you! Hope you enjoy it
@@jet_lea Yes, I've been trying to figure out a good cable storage solution and this seems like the perfect setup.
Great video, I need to do this to organize my cables!
I would recommend it!

Thank you! I will definitely give it a try
I use a torch it’s a quick half second pass and same result. Don’t use a lighter, forms black soot
you sir, got a follower, nice video keep it up :)
Thank you!
Great video, I currently have an alex drawer packed to the brim with random cords I refuse to get rid of, and a bambu P1S to print it all.
sounds like this video was meant for you
Really great stuff!
Thanks!
Love it :) amazing system
Thank you!

That is a great question! I would love to make a follow up video in the future to go over everything
@@jet_lea can’t wait to see that video. Thank you.
Bro for a sec I thought your thumbnail was my kabinet lol
the before or the after? 😂
Sadly the first
hopefully not for long
This guy only having 3k subs is criminal

Yes! I plan on completely gridfinity-ing my entire house and documenting all of it :)
I'm gunna need some wide bois for my 50' hdmi lol
good thing there’s parametric boxes 😅
This will be perfect for the rats nest of cables at work. Thanks!
Hope you like it!
Thank you to Alexandre Chappel, originator of the grid system, for making our lives so much easier.
definitely!
The originator of Gridfinity was Zack Freedman :) I think Alexandre just adapted it for his needs.
On the wall behind (to the left of) your printer, the two triangles, is that 3D printed? Looks cool!
yes it is! 3d printed decor is one of my favorite things to print
@@jet_lea Nice! Do you remember where you got it or maybe the name of it?
i know i got it from printables but im not sure of the name :/
@@jet_lea No worries, I will use my search fu and if successful will post a link. That way you can post a make if you haven’t already 😁
@@jet_lea I posted a link but don’t see my reply, the model is 802042-wall-art-mountains-creek-with-waterfall and currently has 0 makes.
👍

Definitely never a bad thing to de-clutter!
Love everything about this, how did you print the cube with the plug blocks? What is the insert into a box?
I must’ve forgot that one. I just added it to the description!
Nice
Thanks!

I just added a link to the bin generator that I used into the description!

Thank you! I hate to ask but it’s unfortunately necessary to grow on youtube these days. I try to keep it simple and funny if i can.
@@jet_lea yup. Otherwise you become white noise. I pay close attention to those that ask. I will also tend to follow for those that hide it in the background and such. Keep up the good work.

Do you have a link to download the 2x2 bin you showed at 3:00 of your video?
I made that one using the bin generator. I’ll get it uploaded to bambu and put the link in the description when I can :)
@@jet_lea I want to double that request :-) I'm using Fusion 360, not Onshape - so I can't use the bin generator.
Could you make EU plug charger stand as well?
Just added it to the description!
@@jet_lea thanks! 🙏
@janezhitori6203 i haven’t printed that specific one but it looks to be decent
@@jet_lea i will print it in 10 days when I get back home and will report back 😉
