We had a great day at Great Deeds. Would have loved to have got to Seven Stones looked awesome. Nice to see Jordan again got to love having some fishy goings on with him. Nice to know that if i am going to a tournament with Jordan attending i just need to turn up with some cans of red stripe, reminds me of going to the job centre
Loth, Hobbits, Gwaihir did actually perform quite well in the last two ETC/WTC's for Germany, I think in one of them it won 6/6 and in the other it won 4/6 and had 2 draws or something.
It's kinda highly rated in Germany right now, but obviously the meta is quite some different (nobody plays hunter orcs here for example).
Really looking forward to see how it does at the Nations Cup next week.

Yeah I agree Cirdan should be fortitude in a green Rivendel list! Him being a minor hero really hurts the pure list a lot. I’d love a new Cirdan profile in the upcoming Arnor Sup because he did leads troops in the wars against Angmar
Re an idea for a strategy video - why don’t you record a game (maybe one of the Nations Cup matches), and then record thoughts over the top?
Doesn’t necessarily have to be one of your own games. If it’s easier then voice record over the top of another game … deployment / rationale / setting up for future turns etc. etc.
I have a few questions about Eorl The Young.
1. What points level would be best for him?
2. Would you say Pure Rohan with Captains or Green Alliance with Minas Tirith Knight of White Tower/ Kings of Men is better?
3. How many Sons of Eorl are too many? The prospect of getting 3 Attacks on the charge, within 6" of Eorl at a possible strength 6 is just too tempting but at 20 points each trying to find the right balance is difficult.
4. If you could give Eorl a Legendary Legion, what special rules would you like to see?

Is getting the wooden spoon a thing in GBHL events?
In my local scene (Queensland, Australia) there's usually a trophy for last place. It's often a wooden kitchen spoon, sometimes engraved. And for at least one doubles tournament, the wooden spoon was cut in half lengthwise like middle earth's worst friendship bracelet 😂. The winner always gets a big cheer at the ceremony and is shouted a few at the pub afterwards.
If wooden spoons are awarded or recorded in the GBHL, it could be interesting to do a breakdown of the worst performing factions.
If the stats aren't available, which faction does the team think performs most poorly in competitive play?
Also, have any members of Any Heroics taken home the wooden spoon?

Question about doing commissioned paint jobs. I was recently offered to paint an army for someone. Basically it’s the Isengard battle host box set along with Lurtz and Ugluk. How much would you guys charge for this.

Oh my goodness, for a second there I though the title meant there was a teaser for a Gondolin supplement and I had to double take. Wow, that would be an amazing supplement. Think of all the profiles, Gothmog (Balrog), Earendil, Ecthelion, etc.
