Awesome video! Very informative! Thanks 👍
I don’t understand why you twist the button code
Hi I am not sure what you mean by the button code, but you twist the entrypad to retract the bolt.
You should offer a better warranty. Mine is less then 5 years old. The key pad beeps but won't open the unit. So not I have to have my safe drilled. Completely getting rid of your system and going with a better system
Michael - Please call our tech support to troubleshoot 805-988-8088, you should not have to drill your safe to correct.
Did you call and get support? Did they take care of you?
@@utrutr6013 no due to warranty was out. I had to have a guy that specializes in safes to come out open it and replace their unit with a much better quality one.
@@michaelhale4041 I'm sorry to hear that Michael. I was thinking these Securam pads may be way safer than what comes on the safe I just got but it's not great to hear that they wouldn't take care of you *on their dime* if this thing was failing before even 5 yrs... Maybe someday I can just get a good old fashioned dial lock that will literally last generations...instead of less than 5yrs. Shameful.
@@securam So you guys wouldn't help a customer on your dime for a keypad issue that occurred less than 5 yrs after purchase?
